Excellent location. We had 401 and 402 top floor which had balconies. Perfectly placed hotel, nice rooms and bathrooms and good coffee with a large TV and small fridge in room. Entrance is through pin codes on a keypad and this worked seemlessy and was very easy to use. Definitely would stay again..

the room didn't offer any drinking water as other reviews said. hotel door is very small, hardly to find it when arrive in the evening in dark. located in the city center, easy find good foods nearby. shower water is really good, no chance for breakfast, etc.

The room was very clean and had everything you might need like coffee/tea, shampoo, face washing set, etc. The only issue was the air conditioner, which was locked so the temperature couldn’t be changed

The room was really nice, big and new, with a balcony But there were cigarette butts left by other people on the balcony that hadn't been cleaned up The biggest problem is that this hotel doesn't have a front desk I called them to ask for the room code, but the Italians didn't speak English well, so there was a communication problem, and they hung up on me twice Fortunately, Ctrip handled it well, and I checked in smoothly in the end

The room was very clean and had carbonated water and espresso. The shower had strong water pressure and was recommended. The guide to Bergamo was also interesting.

We were unable to check into the hotel because the hotel administration did not cooperate with us in paying the fees on the spot. I do not recommend it to tourists from the Russian Federation who do not have a foreign card. The hotel operates without staff.

Great location. Everything you need is nearby. 15 minutes walk to the railway station. The room is clean, cleaning is daily.

When booking the room, Ctrip set the time one day early. The problem was discovered within one minute after payment, and no refund or adjustment was given. Ctrip customer service coordinated, and the next day they lied and said that they had checked in the previous day. A hotel that disgrace Italy!

Rather a solid 3 than a 4. There is not even a refrigerator in the room, it is far from the center

Terrible organization, had to call all the steps to enter the facility, after self check-in and paid the tourist tax, I didn't receive the code to enter, after a few phone calls I was given the code but it didn't work, again called to unlock remotely, still terrible experience.

New hotel with excellent and beautiful renovation. Everything is fresh and nice. Lots of space, comfortable beds. But there are problems with check-in. There is no reception, so contact the hotel in advance. Upon check-in they require payment of city tax and only by bank card. If we had no internet and connection, we would have stayed on the street.

A wonderful room, I remember the ceiling and the water of San Pelegrino) the only thing is that the registration and check-in procedure is not very convenient, and the fear that in the end you won’t get into the room. The pluses are also a wonderful balcony and the view from it, the minuses are the registration process and air conditioning
