The room was very clean and had carbonated water and espresso. The shower had strong water pressure and was recommended. The guide to Bergamo was also interesting.

A wonderful room, I remember the ceiling and the water of San Pelegrino) the only thing is that the registration and check-in procedure is not very convenient, and the fear that in the end you won’t get into the room. The pluses are also a wonderful balcony and the view from it, the minuses are the registration process and air conditioning

modern and welcoming structure, in a central position accessible to all types of services. Highly recommended.

Organizzazione pessima, dovuto chiamare tutti step per essere entrato struttura, dopo fatto self check-in e pagato tassa di soggiorno, non mi si arriva codice per entrare,dopo qualche telefonate mi è dato codice però non funziona, di nuovo chiamare per sbloccare in remoto, comunque esperienza pessima.
