A nice charming onsen. We were a bit worried with some negative comments, but the place is authentic and although a bit old, is well maintained. The outdoor onsen is top! I cannot talk about the food, we didn’t try.

Simple onsen hotel with all the necessary amenities. Just a short walk to the bus station.

Very nice hotel with wonderful onsens. Rooms were spacious and clean, and had incredible views! I would suggest that the hotel change the carpets in the hallways. They have previous water damage and should be replaced.

Resort is close to the mountain. The weather is so nice. There was snow fall during our visit. The owner of hotel is so nice. We just didn't like the bath room and accessories in the room. It's too old

It was very good. The crew was a very friendly and the room was a clean, comfortable. Ans it was a so good for air bath.

Located right next to bus terminal where we take bus to kamikochi and Takayama. Has enjoyed private onsen twice at evening without extra fee. Extra fee for private onsen from 9pm to 6am. Provision of traditional meal sets for breakfast and dinner have been super exceeded our expectations. Valued for money

The place is really close to the Hirayu Onsen bus terminal. Private hot spring bath is very nice. The room is so cozy. Love this place.

Great hotel with free of private onsen

Nice experience. It’s a traditional Japanese style architecture. Offer individual and outdoor hot spring, you can have a chance to enjoy hot spring with snowy weather. We had breakfast and dinner for 2 days. Delicious and various foods included sashimi, beef, and local dishes, but a little salty. (We think Japanese like salty and its position is at high altitude. Spacious room, Soft bed and hard pillows.

Good location for rest and travel to Kamikochi (just 5 mins walk to Hirayu Bus station). Good room for sleep. Good indoor and outdoor onsen with free private onsen . Parking is just in front of the hotel. There is no elevator at the building connection between front and back building.

It is reasonable for the price and is perfect for going to Kamikochi or Shinhotaka.

The hotel is located in Hirayu Onsen, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. The rooms are generally hygienic, but the food and hot springs are excellent.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hot springs are very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were rich and delicious. The waiters are very friendly.

We made a mistake when making the reservation because it says it is in Takayama and it is not, and they did not want to give us our money back.
