Spa Inn Shirahama Reviews

It's decent for the money, i guess, since everything in Shirahama is pretty damn expensive, but overall a mixed experience. My guess is that hotel is run by an elder couple. They're trying their best, but there's only so much they can do. Building is old and shows a lot of signs of wear, although, the bedding and toiletries are fine. The room was cleaned daily. Photos are a bit deceiving because they don't show an elephant in the room - big metal door that isn't much soundproof. Hotel is located at the edge of the city, but it's only a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach or 3-5 minute ride on a bus. But the famous Sandanbeki cave is near and there are many paths to the beautiful cliffs. Also, you can smoke everywhere in hotel, so no non-smoking rooms.

This hotel is the worst experience I have had in all these years. To be honest, this is a Japanese hotel. The environment is clean, and the facilities are not new, but they are OK. But the front desk of the hotel is a Japanese man who is about 60-70 years old. I only stayed for one day. The check-out time of the hotel is written as 7-11. I suddenly had a multinational meeting at 10:40, and I was afraid that I couldn't finish it, so I asked my girlfriend (she can speak Japanese) to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk to see if I could delay the check-out for about ten minutes. Later I learned that the hotel front desk said no in a very bad attitude after knowing it. I then packed up and went downstairs to communicate with the front desk. When I communicated with him, it was 10:48. I also checked the time with him and asked if we could finish the meeting in the reception area next to the hotel lobby. The other party said no, I said it would only take a few minutes, and he wanted to kick us out directly. I have never seen such a rubbish service, never. I used English throughout the whole process, but I tried to speak as simply as possible. I said 10 minutes, and he understood. He also kicked us out. Later, when we were about to leave, he rushed us out and said 5 minutes. I didn't want to stay here at all. His attitude was very, very bad. When I travel, I will help to clean up the hotel and never leave the hotel in a mess to the customer service staff. But such hotel service, I can only describe as rubbish. I later contacted Ctrip, and after they contacted the hotel, the hotel replied that they were afraid that we would lose valuables, so they didn't let us use the reception area. I really wanted to curse, although after Ctrip's coordination, the room fee for this day was waived. But it was too disgusting, this hotel. My impression of Japan has been greatly reduced.

Very good service attitude, warm and thoughtful

The service staff's attitude is bad and the old room is nothing special, there is no hair dryer in the room either. I booked a room with a sea view, but I could actually only see a little from afar, the rest was covered by trees on the roadside, not like the hotel's photo posted.

There were no restaurants around, and there was only one ramen shop. Facilities are very ordinary. It was reasonable for a hotel in a resort area, so I think it can't be helped.

這是我入住過的最差酒店，沒有之一，感覺是*******的聚集地。整個酒店是避難所改造的，房門時破舊的生銹的鐵門，走廊上有超級無敵大蜘蛛在頭頂上等着你。在這個鳥不拉屎的地方要是出點事，那是叫天天不應的。房間小的連一個行李箱都打不開，我訂的還是三人房。具體請來看看現場照片，個人覺得改成**會更合適。

ドライヤーは貸し出ししてくれます。 鏡が3個あって友達と2人だったので鏡戦争にはならなかったです。 駐車場に駐車する時おでむかえしてくれました。

フロントの方がフレンドリーでよくおしゃべりしてくれます。 値段が安いので不満はありません。 お風呂トイレ別で良かったです。 周りには飲食するところがないのが困るところです。
