"We arrived at 11 a.m. The owner's father informed us (in broken English mixed with Italian) that the room wasn't ready, but we could leave our luggage and return in an hour or two. We returned before 2 p.m., but no one was there. We called the number provided, and the angry owner complained that we hadn't informed her of our arrival date. She sent us an email, which we didn't respond to, so the room wasn't ready yet, and she would arrive in about an hour. So, we could expect to be in our room around 5 p.m. Tired after a journey that had lasted since 2 a.m., we went back into town. It seemed the owner had done us a favor by offering us a stay at her B&B... Never again, Ciccio. I don't recommend it."

"We fly into Bergamo a few times a year and always stay at The Airport Hotel before an onward journey. It’s excellent value for money. The rooms have all recently been modernised and are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. The staff have always been very friendly. We always hire a car but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport as it is a few miles away. We have tried other hotels in the vicinity of the airport but keep coming back her as it offers the best value for money. "

"This was our second stay in just two months, and we just love this hotel! The people, the service, the atmosphere, and the lovely breakfast! The hotel is very clean, and very well maintained. It feels safe, and it's great to access by using a personal code instead of cards or keys. The location is perfekt, only a few minutes walk to the bus- and train station, a few minutes to walk downtown, and a comfortable walk (or quick morning run) to the old town. It's also close to great shopping areas like Orio Center and Milano. Thank you for a great time - We'll be back!"

There's also no luggage storage, even though it's listed as an available service. Furthermore, Trip.com doesn't show that this is an accommodation with shared bathrooms. Overall, the place is okay for one night – but I wouldn't want to spend my entire vacation there. Be aware: the accommodation is hard to find and not well signposted."

"A very beautiful hotel located in the center of the Old, Upper Town. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are all around. The manager's support via WhatsApp is very helpful. The guidebook, which is also sent, contains lots of useful tips; for example, we learned that the airport can be reached by bus. The breakfasts are excellent, and complimentary candies are always available in the lounge. Drinking water is also always available. The room is full of pleasant, comfortable, and practical touches. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place!"
