This is an active rail line with trains passing by up to several times a day sounding horns during the day and night - weekends are usually not active. This line runs the length of Seneca Lake on the west side so any property along this side of the lake will be affected. There is a 7 mph speed limit for vehicles driving on Locust Grove. This is not an ideal property for toddlers, please be aware of the large drop from the deck. This property is not handicap accessible.Well behaved pets allowed with a non-refundable deposit.
