"We stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly. Everything was good. If I have to complain, then it would be the service in the main restaurant (The Porte). The food was good. The price was fair. However, we had to wait long to get out food. We used this restaurant for both days. Both days we had to wait for long."

"If you need a hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia you can't go wrong by staying at the Orchardz hotel Bandara. Fantastic hotel near to the airport, where the hotel even operate free bus shuttle service to and from the airport for free. The hotel itself was very clean and modern with all the facilities you need when travelling. Excellent staff who were welcoming, and offered a great service. Breakfast was abundant with food, various choices available. Even dining in at night, the food we ordered was delicious at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Jakarta."

"Very new hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful. Perfect hotel near the airport. Shuttle service to airport was delayed in traffic so the organised and paid for a taxi to the airport (only 10-15 mins away). Would certainly stay here again."

"Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay."

"The best hotel near the airport, near WEST LOBBY.  very budget-friendly to stay at. No need to think about taxi/transport, barely less 5 mins walk to departure hall. I could store my frozen food in their freezer. The bed was comfy and the pillows were goose down. No bathtub, but that’s okay"
