The room was very tiny especially the non window (i think if the room was tiny as that must have atleast small window coz really hardly to breath). We requested for room with window and they granted the request. Food was great especially the desserts.

Except for the incomplete infrastructure, everything else is very good! Cash can be paid at the front desk, and changing rooms is also very convenient. For communication, simple English speaking is fine, and mobile translation software can be used if that doesn't work!

Order a deluxe room and get a suite, with a bathtub. But the AC is not cold enough, the bathtub is also not well maintained. The service is okay

Stayed there for 1 night as our flight arrived late and conecting flight the next morning. Close to the airport but hotel shuttle only until 12pm. (Pay attention to the taxi drivers at the airport, they try to rip you off) Hotel is ok, clean but already quite used. But still good if you need accomodaguon close to the airport. Friendly staff, didnt try the breakfast but looked good.

This hotel is a 15-minute drive from CGK Airport. My friend and I stayed there for one night to rest before our early morning flight the following day. The room was nice and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quality linens. The staff were very helpful in assisting with my large luggage. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Since it is the beggining of December, the hotel has been beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the lobby. The only minor downside was that despite booking a twin room, the bath amenities provided were only for one person, including items like the toothbrush and shower cap.
