"“Good for a Transit Stay, but the AI-Driven Service Needs Work” I booked this hotel mainly because of the reviews mentioning the good food and free pick-up/drop-off shuttle service. Communicating with the hotel before check-in to arrange the shuttle was easy through the hotel’s WhatsApp number, which I found on Trip.com. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel seems to cater quite heavily to Chinese visitors. There was a line of Chinese guests checking in, and one of the front desk staff spoke Chinese fluently. Some of the notices around the hotel were also written in Chinese, presumably Mandarin. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, I was informed that I needed to install an app to use various hotel services during my stay, including the digital room key and room service. While this may be convenient for some guests, I personally found it a bit of a hassle at the time. The installation itself took some time, followed by an explanation of how to use the system. The food was average, with a reasonable selection of options. However, the refilling of some items was rather slow. For example, the milk for the coffee machine ran out and was not replenished promptly, and at times there was no cook available. The room itself was nice and spacious. One thing I particularly liked was the layout, with the washing area located near the entrance. The toilet unit also looked new. Unfortunately, the towels looked rather shabby and could use an upgrade. Complimentary bottled water was available upon request, which was a nice touch. One of the biggest downsides for me was the lack of a telephone in the room. All service requests have to be made through the app. I had to communicate with an AI chatbot, but the chatbot would often instruct me to go downstairs and confirm the request with the reception desk anyway. I found this rather confusing and wondered what the point of the AI system was if I still had to speak to a staff member in person. It seems the hotel is trying to adapt to AI and reduce the need for human staff, but the system does not seem to work effectively yet. In my experience, it actually added an extra step rather than making things easier. This was especially noticeable during check-out. There was only one front desk staff member, which was surprising. He was very patient and did his best to serve everyone, but the hotel really could have used more staff at that time. As a result, the line became quite long. Had I been informed during check-in that I could simply use the self-service machine to check out, I could have avoided the queue altogether. The location is in the CBC area, although finding the hotel felt a bit like navigating a labyrinth. It wasn't the easiest place to locate, especially for a first-time visitor. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for. For a one-night transit stay, the hotel was acceptable, especially with the free shuttle service and spacious room. However, the hotel could significantly improve its service by having more human staff available and making its AI-based system more practical and user-friendly."

"Arrived at 2 AM, took a taxi from Soekarno Airport to the hotel, which cost 76,000 IDR. The next morning at 8 AM, I was woken up by the sound of drilling from the hotel's renovation work; the entire floor was shaking. I can't understand why they'd start construction so early in the morning; it made me furious. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport, with the last morning departure at 11:00 AM. Just let the front desk know which airport you're going to beforehand, and they'll register it. Then, go downstairs about 10 minutes early to wait for the shuttle. Oh, and by the way, the hotel slippers are terrible – they're like disposable slippers that have been reused. It's better to bring your own."

"Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. "The facilities are grand, not too many floors, and very spacious. They are well-maintained and clean. The hygiene is excellent, and the greenery is beautiful. The service is attentive and thoughtful. There are many foreign guests, so safety and cleanliness are definitely guaranteed. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Highly recommend!"

"Located right in Terminal 3, this hotel is perfect for transit passengers. The breakfast was good and I'd recommend it. The staff were friendly and despite being next to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful."

"A very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle. All the receptionist and the drivers were amazingly friendly, nice and helpful. The only thing that let me down was the breakfast. It’s ok if you stay 1 night. Unfortunately, I had to stay longer, as my friend couldn’t board the plane due to some problem and we had to reschedule our flight. All the 3 nights I stayed there I was fed exactly with the same breakfast 3 times. It is run by a padang restaurant (food stall) next to the hotel. It looked like they used up their food from their stall the day before, maybe they don’t want to waste any. So, the fourth day (last day), I moved to another hotel nearby."

"This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food."

"The location is fantastic if you have to catch an early flight (they have a free shuttle), but a disaster if you want to spend there more than 1 night: you’re surrounded by the highway and there is nothing to do. I got upgraded to a room with a window and I was blessed with a view of Singapore airlines passing in the distance. Bed is very good, pillows are old. Toilet and shower are funny, but work."

"This is my second stay here, and I’m still very pleased with the experience. The facilities are great, especially the frequent airport shuttle service. It’s easy to arrange—just contact the hotel, and they’ll gladly help with the reservation. The food is also great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t quite comfortable with was the fragrance of the bed linens, which was a little too strong for my preference."

"I’m just stay for a while (transit), but I’m really happy with the service. Thanks to the driver who managed my shuttle from CGK Airport. Even though my flight arrived late 1 hour from the expected that I have requested, they wait for me. Hotel provided very early breakfast (I think they said starts from 3am if I not mistaken) becuase they know most of transit traveller will leave the hotel early. Everything is good. Room is clean and meet my expectation 👍🏻"
