"The warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)"

"It can be for one night. However, overall I am not satisfied with the services. Everything had to be asked for - from slippers, a shaving set, a toothbrush, etc... The breakfast was insufficient - only after complaining at the reception did I get an omelette, lemon and ham.... Nothing was explained. Later they unloaded five oranges, a kiwi and one banana.... The room was very small and noisy"

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

YyewandeyeThe hotel is on a very steep slope. If you take a heavy suitcase, you need to walk for about 15 minutes after getting off the bus. You can take a taxi if you can. It's not a problem except that it's a bit expensive. There is a supermarket next door where you can buy everything. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Republic Square, but I am puzzled that the room we stayed in had no air conditioning. It was already hot in late April. Without air conditioning and jet lag, I woke up at 3 am and didn't sleep well since then. Some rooms face the street and there are locomotives. If you are sensitive to noise, I suggest you make it clear the day before yesterday that you want a quieter room. The breakfast tastes OK, it's pretty good.

The only drawback is that the cleaner came in without knocking, and left without saying a word when he found someone. The hotel explained that they don't know English. But sorry or excuse me don't require much English knowledge, right? In short, the training still needs to be improved.
The traditional Serbian dishes on the first floor of the hotel are amazing, the steaks in the restaurant on the top floor are very good, and the bar is very beautiful.

TTamimWe were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance.
Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby.
All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

There is a bath + steam room, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very relaxing and recommended.
For tourists who like river views, this place is still good. The windows of the rooms on the first floor have screens. I open the windows during the day. It is very bright and I have never encountered mosquitoes.
The breakfast is European style. The chicken nuggets are fresh and juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Good reviews. Coffee is provided.
Let's talk about the disadvantages: 1. Don't cook dinner, you have to go out to eat. There is a shopping mall 1.3 kilometers to the southeast, and there are shopping malls/Little Chili Peppers/Long Dingsheng/Hot Pot, etc. about 1.5-1.8 kilometers to the southwest. In short, you have to walk.
2. The bathroom is very lacking a small table for temporary placement of shampoo/shower gel/soap when taking a bath, otherwise you have to go in and out to get it back and forth.
3. The sound insulation is not very good, and the footsteps upstairs are very heavy.

MMr. Alex2045excellent location near the pedestrian street and Belgrade park and fortress, , no street noise to the back. the building is curr underyies heavy construction works, with only 1 floor being operational as a hotel, and other just a facade with hollow windows.
I as a diamond member got the best deal waking up to the drilling noise from all four sides at 8am that continued until 1700.
but its going to be a great hotel and the building has a historical character.

TTandi1984The place was clean, quiet and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful too. The location is absolutely exceptional. Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

It is far from the Belgrade bus terminal, but it is not painful to use the bus No. 31 running nearby (it is hard to hit the morning and evening crowds). Conveniently located near the hotel with a large shopping mall. There is a mini refrigerator. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance and elevator, and there is security.
Disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets tired of staying consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a good view but the glass is dirty and not clear. Overall, the deterioration is conspicuous.
