"Cleanliness need to improve as there is sands in the room.
Found there are few big or small spiders in room and bathroom.
Overall we still have a good sleep over the two nights stay. The place is quiet."

"This hotel is not far from Bayswater subway station. There is a restaurant downstairs. In the evening, the restaurant will broadcast English rugby games, attracting many people to dine. I had a meal in the restaurant, which tasted good. The special pork rib set meal on Thursday was very cost-effective. There is also a kids menu for children to order food. It is a good choice for the first stop when coming from the airport"

"The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel.
The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option."

"The hotel service was top notched and very professional for a 3star rating. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had to travel early and deposited 2 bags at the counter. They had it sent to my room prior to my arrival as I had arrived late for the check in. The rooms were very clean, no funny smells and the linen were sparkling. Definite good recommendation for good prices."

"The 24/7 front desk is a huge plus! Most hotels in Australia close their reception by 6-8 PM, so this was a welcome surprise. A complimentary airport shuttle was also available. The room even came with a washing machine and dryer – incredibly convenient!"
