I do appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room. It’s such a big, clean, quiet, and luxury room. It’s also close to the river sothat you can see the river view directly. The location is so good, you can you go anywhere by feet or by public boat. The gentle man any beautiful mrs at front desk are so…o kind, nice, patient, and friendly. They will show you all around the Venice through the map. The breakfast is also. A beautiful girl, she can say a little Chinese. I do recommend this hotel! Nothing bad.

We are a couple in their 30s, the location is excellent with a view of St Marks Cathedral and the Bell Tower; it was so central to everything and easy to go back and change or rest between tours (I uploaded a picture from our window). The front desk was not very helpful or friendly compared to other hotels and experiences in Venice. Also, the breakfast offered was really limited only very running scrambled bacon and very over cooked eggs were the hot foods offered. I wouldn’t pay more than $210-$220 a night for this hotel.

This place is a real gem in Venice.
Location
Location is very good, walkable distance to anywhere (10 mins to Piazza San Marco/St. Mark’s Square). Lots to eat in the vicinity and lots of interesting art galleries on the street.
Room
Our place was on the top floor and consisted of two rooms. Both had classical decoration. Our daughter especially loved her room. Our room was also very romantic. Bathroom is modern and brand new.
Check-in/Staff
Entrance and check-in is automatic, very easy and hassle-free. The hosts are always reachable and answer via phone/Whatsapp immediately in case of questions. Easy communication in English.
Price/Performance Ratio
Impressive. Everything was better than other hotels in Venice that we paid double the price.
Extras
Lots to eat and drink. Complimentary coffee, croissants, crackers, water, orange juice etc.
Downside
The only downside was having to carry the luggage two floors, but I guess that’s common in Venice.

The room is really clean and has a nice smell, the view was good on the street that I like it.
The bed and pillows were really comfortable.
The location is 5 minutes to San Zakaria place and really good to get around.
Every day during 2 days we stayed they cleaned our room.
It was a nice hotel with nice guys in the front desk. And I had a comfortable stay during my trip.
When we arrived we couldn’t go to the room as their policy was from 2 pm but we arrived 30 minutes earlier. They accepted our baggage and before we back to the hotel they took it to the room. I have to say thank you, what a nice hotel.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the environment is good. But the people in this hotel are very stingy. I booked a room a week in advance, accidentally chose the wrong date, immediately contacted the other party to reschedule, Trip.com also helped coordinate, why did they refuse, said that the room has been reserved (deceived ghosts), just charged me a day more room rate, more than 1,000 oceans, heartache.
The waiter who checked in was also very general. The old house has no elevator, the room is on the third floor, and the general staff will take the initiative to help take the box. The other party and I went all the way, and I didn't see it. I just carried it myself. Therefore, people with large luggage are not recommended.

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The owner is nice, the breakfast is very careful, the location is close to the bus terminal, basically you don’t need to carry your luggage on the bridge and the bridge, the room is also very warm. Overall good

Once you get out of the train station, you can take the water bus. At the second stop, we dragged the suitcase and walked for 5 or 6 minutes to find the hotel. The hotel is small, but the suite has two rooms and two bathrooms, which are in line with the requirements of family or friends, and can be left alone in a single room. The hotel’s classical architecture is very comfortable and the breakfast is fully satisfying. #绝佳位置# #fully equipped#

민민우It's just ... It's an old home. Airbnb feeling? It's run by a friendly grandfather. The bed room bathroom was clean. The location was also near the center of the island, so it wasn't bad. I've seen old tourists recommend tourist spots and restaurants.
Breakfast is bread jam yogurt coffee.. Typical continental breakfast. The key was old, so it was not easy to get used to it.

MMartinExcellent little hotel. Very convenient location. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Good breakfast and Service is ok. Only two drawbacks: there is no elevator. Many stairs to handle luggage. And second No luggage storage room offered. If you have a late flight it can be a problem. The manager offered a locker service in the city area, but allowed to let us leave our luggage at the lobby area as an exception. Anyhow I recommend this hotel while visiting Venice

MMessikayaThe location of this B&B/hotel was great. Very easy to walk around Venice from. However, it was not the most comfortable place. We were in the room closest to the front door and unfortunately could hear everything when people entered the building and if people were talking. It was very uncomfortable to have such interrupted sleep the two nights we were there. Additionally, the duvet cover on the bed was stained and very old without a cover on top of it.

ИИнессаThe hotel is clean. There is a common spacious living room with a kettle and a refrigerator. We were there at the end of October. The room was cool. We didn't immediately figure out how to get to the hotel. Since the reception is open from 9:30 to 13:00. We didn't receive any instructions in advance. We had to look for a number and call ourselves. Overall, we liked it. Close to the train station and the bus to Venice. From the train station you can go to neighboring cities or to the airport.
