Bed and Breakfasts in Venice

This will be one of the more memorably stays of our holidays: As soon as you enter the property, you step into another world leaving the busy streets of Venice behind you; the rooms are very spacious and equipped/decorated with high quality materials as well as some personal objects and books (a recurring theme throughout the property) from the owners, which we found gave the whole thing a very special touch; fantastic bed (!); everything was perfectly clean and smelled very nicely; the owners were very welcoming and had a certain panache to them, which made for some interesting conversations; to top it all off, the private garden is an absolute delight and haven of peace; highly recommended! I do appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room. It’s such a big, clean, quiet, and luxury room. It’s also close to the river sothat you can see the river view directly. The location is so good, you can you go anywhere by feet or by public boat. The gentle man any beautiful mrs at front desk are so…o kind, nice, patient, and friendly. They will show you all around the Venice through the map. The breakfast is also. A beautiful girl, she can say a little Chinese. I do recommend this hotel! Nothing bad.

This place is a real gem in Venice. Location Location is very good, walkable distance to anywhere (10 mins to Piazza San Marco/St. Mark’s Square). Lots to eat in the vicinity and lots of interesting art galleries on the street. Room Our place was on the top floor and consisted of two rooms. Both had classical decoration. Our daughter especially loved her room. Our room was also very romantic. Bathroom is modern and brand new. Check-in/Staff Entrance and check-in is automatic, very easy and hassle-free. The hosts are always reachable and answer via phone/Whatsapp immediately in case of questions. Easy communication in English. Price/Performance Ratio Impressive. Everything was better than other hotels in Venice that we paid double the price. Extras Lots to eat and drink. Complimentary coffee, croissants, crackers, water, orange juice etc. Downside The only downside was having to carry the luggage two floors, but I guess that’s common in Venice.

The room is really clean and has a nice smell, the view was good on the street that I like it. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The location is 5 minutes to San Zakaria place and really good to get around. Every day during 2 days we stayed they cleaned our room. It was a nice hotel with nice guys in the front desk. And I had a comfortable stay during my trip. When we arrived we couldn’t go to the room as their policy was from 2 pm but we arrived 30 minutes earlier. They accepted our baggage and before we back to the hotel they took it to the room. I have to say thank you, what a nice hotel.

The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with every thing we need. the lift was just convenient for us two people with a medium big size lagagg to the second floor. The lady in charge there was very considerate, remindering us for the detail routes from the airport to the hotel by water bus. we would reserve this hotel if we come to Venice again.

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very neat and clean, only a five-minute walk from Venice Mester train station. After arriving at the Mester train station, after going downstairs from the platform, do not follow the crowd out of the train station. Instead, walk 200-300 meters in the opposite direction to the main flow of the crowd, go up the steps to the ground, and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the back door of the hotel. The back door is always open during daylight hours. The hotel is a villa with a family atmosphere, clean, tidy and warm inside. Breakfast is included in the room rate, with a wide variety of varieties and plenty of fresh fruit. I give it five stars. The white-haired old lady checking in at the front desk is the owner herself. This is her own house. She also lives on the 0th floor of this building. According to her, this building has a history of 90 years, but it does not feel old at all. The facilities are not very luxurious, but they are kept warm and chic. The old lady He said that he will retire in November this year and that someone else will take care of him from now on. I highly recommend this place when visiting Venice. Although living on the main island is convenient for traveling, the houses on the island are older and not cheap. This store is close to the station, so you don't have to miss out on visiting the island. It's quiet and comfortable when you come back to rest at night. It's highly recommended.

I only stayed in Venice for one night. This hotel is a very good choice. The entrance was not too eye-opening, turning around and going into a yard. We chose the room on the side of the canal, which should be designated, only one. The room is quite big, at least two suitcases open without problems, the room window is open to the river, you can see the boat, the boatman will be very warm and say hello. Breakfast is also quite rich, not bad. In short, more satisfied.
