Capannori Villas

Das Relais del Lago besticht durch seine fantastische Lage, freundliche Gastgeber, ein tolles Grundstück und gutes Frühstück. Leider ist Schimmel, abgestandenes Wasser und fehlende Belüftung ein echtes Problem. Lage: Das Grundstück befindet sich nordöstlich von Lucca, fernab der eigentlichen Zivilisation an einem Hanggrundstück. Die Aussicht in die Umgebung ist fantastisch. Das Gebäude ist wieder mal toll hergerichtet. Parkplätze kostenfrei. Areal: Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Areal, welches direkt an einen See grenzt und von Bäumen umgeben ist. Neben einer sehr schönen Terrasse gibt es einen wirklich schönen Poolbereich, von welchem man die Aussicht ebenfalls genießen kann. Mitarbeiter: Die Besitzer sind rundum super freundlich. Der Check-In verlief ganz gemächlich und es wurden alle Sachen erklärt. Zimmer: Aufgrund von Überbuchung haben wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade auf die 'Spa Suite' erhalten. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein freistehendes, kleines Häuschen am Pool. Dieses Upgrade war super nett und hat uns sehr überrascht. Das Häuschen ist von Trauben und weiteren Pflanzen zugewachsen und bietet, trotz der Lage, sehr viel Privatsphäre. Die Einrichtung ist bunt zusammengewürfelt. Neben einem größeren Zimmer, welches ein rundes Bett, Stühle und einen Tisch beinhaltet, findet sich ein weiterer Raum mit Sauna und Whirlpool und ein Bad. Genau diese Sachen sind der Problempunkt. Das gesamte Häuschen riecht feucht und modrig. An den Türrahmen findet man überall Rost und teilweise Schimmel. Der Raum mit Sauna und Whirlpool riecht entsprechend gleich und auch hier ist an der Decke Schimmel. Auch im Badezimmer sind viele Fugen voller Schimmel und richtig gereinigt wurde schon länger nicht mehr. Leider kann man weder das Bad noch den ”Spa”-Raum lüften. Zusätzlich hat das Wasser des Whirlpools wohl schon länger keinen Wechsel mehr erlebt und hat daher sehr unangenehm gerochen. Die Matratze des runden Bettes weist sehr sehr viele undefinierbare Flecken auf. Wirklich schade um solch eine eigentlich tolle Unterkunft. Frühstück: Das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse am Tisch serviert - a la carte. Es gibt ausreichend Auswahl, für welche man sich entscheiden kann. Insgesamt sehr bodenständig und gut. Eine Unterkunft in absolut schöner Lage und mit viel Ruhe, gutem Frühstück, tollen Gastgebern; aber leider wirklich renovierungsbedürftigem und unhygienischem Zimmer.
