"This hotel is in a good location, only seven or eight hundred meters away from Washington Square, but there is a train road next to it, the noise is quite big, it will be slightly better at night, there is no breakfast, only a cafe bar sells some snacks"

"This hotel is very new, two elevators, and there are many rooms. I booked a personal room this time, and the space I think is just right and comfortable. Staff service attitude is very good. The lobby space is very large, very suitable for a leisurely stay; there are many breakfast options"
"This hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, where you can hold bonfire parties + outdoor barbecues, and an indoor gym; there are plenty of free parking spaces and a strategic location. It is located near the main road in Beaverton Town. A main road connects large supermarkets and Gas stations, banks, restaurants, gas stations, light rail stations and other facilities. For example, the hotel is only 300 meters away from a large supermarket and a gas station is also within easy reach. This convenience has attracted many guests to stay. With 100 guest rooms, the occupancy rate is often more than 80% on weekends."
"Thank you for creating such a magical place..." Recent Guest"Best Tree House I've ever seen!" Recent GuestLet the kid in you come to play in this real treehouse held up by four trees, 18 feet off the ground. Zip line down or take a giant soaking tub. A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick. The spaceThree trees grow right through the deck and can be seen from all the inside windows. The deck is huge, with its own dining table. The solitude and views are wonderful. The kitchen is designed with all "retro" appliances. The fireplace lights up the dining room table and heats the space. All the walls are pine, and the indoor shower and full bathroom is made of artistic tile. The stairs are a brilliant space-saving design. Easier than any ladder or stairs I've ever seen in most tiny homes. Upstairs is a super comfy queen bed, a large "Hammock," and a couch/work space that turns into a double bed. You can watch movies suspended in the air on the hammock, looking down at the dining area. It's so comfy you might even prefer it to the high-tech mattress. There are three skylights looking straight up at the massive trees and three upstairs windows. There's air conditioning and wildlife, from owls and eagles to rabbits, coyotes, chipmunks, and deer. And you won't believe you are a ten-minute drive to all Portland has to offer, from the rose garden, council crest, hiking, and amazing food in trendy northwest like bamboo sushi, salt and straw, and voodoo donuts.Guest accessYou will have access to the Tree House, the giant deck, the Soaking tub, AND the secluded "Picnic area." And two parking spaces that lead to the 3-minute walk/trail. Please do not leave these areas, though. And make sure, if you bring a pet, they must be on a leash. Although it does not seem like it, there are neighbors nearby.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).MUST BE LEASHED!!!!.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.PLEASE NOT INSIDE AND DISPOSE SAFELY.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
"We were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you."
"Asked if we could check out late (2 instead of 12) was told that 2 is the latest we could stay which was great. Next day we were called and asked if we still wanted a late checkout and I said yes, then I was told about a $25 fee. I was NOT told about the fee the night before. I didn't mind paying it, but I do believe I should have been told as soon as I asked. There was water draining from under the building into the parking structure. The other guests are very easy to hear while going through the hallway and very loud. Was a very convenient location, clean room and smelled very fresh."

Great
Rrob****Due to changes in itinerary, we informed in advance on 10/17 that we would check out on 10/18 and requested a refund on 10/22. I don't know what went wrong, so I kept pretending to be deaf and dumb. The hotel didn't reply and the refund was delayed. A duplicate charge occurred for another room. Full prepayment is required when booking, and USD700 will be charged to your credit card upon arrival. We coordinated and said that it would be refunded within 36 days. Now we have to wait until the 36 days are up before making any plans. Another invoice for dinner in the hotel was not received after many days of coordination. All in all a very bad experience.
SShamoheshuiThe hotel is clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the price is high. The location is very convenient from where we need to travel on business, and there is a very good Sichuan-style Chinese restaurant nearby.
马马儿The front desk service is welcoming. After the check-in is finished, let the car pick up the luggage and enter the room! It feels spacious and comfortable as soon as you enter the room. It is very suitable for family travel, and the dragon is for the Chinese. Have a kitchen, you can do some delicious food, good! Live next time
WWebsterRoom was supposed to be non-smoking but this was not the case as our bed sheets and pillows had obvious lingering traces of smoke odor. The bed frame also needs to be looked at as I had tripped and had been scratched on the leg several times by a protruding metal covered by the sheet at the corner of the bed.
