Superb service, absolutely beautiful, big and spacious room, very clean and neat, bed is very comfortable and cosy, full amenities and daily snacks are provided, very beautiful environment in sentosa, very relaxing ambience, staff is very friendly and attentive, breakfast is extensive with a great selection to choose from, we really enjoy staying and dining at this wonderful hotel, highly recommended.

👍 The facilities and services at the W Hotel are consistently excellent, and the front desk service is very attentive. ☹️ This isn't really the hotel's fault, but there's no clear return point for shared bikes outside the hotel entrance, so I couldn't return it. The front desk didn't know how to resolve it either, and I ended up paying over 60 yuan for it. 👍 The pool environment and service are both great. The shuttle bus is very convenient. 💵 I understand being charged an extra bed fee after check-in. The main issue was a miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, but Trip.com was very proactive in resolving it, so kudos to Trip.com.

I had a fantastic stay at Resorts World Sentosa - Hotel Michael this time; overall, I was very satisfied 👍. 1️⃣ The location is the biggest highlight. The hotel is right next to Universal Studios, close to the Sentosa Express station, and at the beginning of Festive Walk. It's incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions; you can walk to the theme park, restaurants, and shops. 2️⃣ The service was simply superb! Since I was traveling with a child, the hotel proactively arranged an extra bed for us, offering thoughtful and attentive service. Coincidentally, some areas of the hotel were undergoing renovations. To ensure the construction noise didn't affect our stay, they generously offered complimentary access to the water park (and even helped us when we had trouble entering after checkout). They also allowed us a late checkout. Very humane and accommodating! 3️⃣ The hotel has the TungLok Heen restaurant, and the food was delicious. We could enjoy great meals without even leaving the hotel. I saw some reviews mentioning that the facilities were old, but my actual experience didn't feel as dated as reported online. Of course, compared to brand-new high-end hotels in China, the hardware might feel a bit older, but it's well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which didn't affect our stay at all. 👍 This hotel is highly recommended for families visiting Sentosa with children. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Singapore.

Spent 2 weeks at Roxy Hotel. The room was comfortable with kettle, iron. Ironing board and a good hair dryer. There is a mini fridge which is an adequate size to stock up with snacks but there are no free extras such as water (which you can get from the water dispenser in the corridor) drinks or snacks. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Amy the housekeeping attendant was attentive and careful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundrette was very handy and simple to use.  Poor and bar were a good size and attractive. There were plenty of lifts and the were Pretty quick. We parked downstairs in the hotel car park which was free to use. The location was excellent. Parkway Parade across the road took literally 5 min door to door. Plenty of food options if you don’t opt in for breakfast at the hotel or are looking for a place to have dinner. Nana’s Acai on Marine Terrace quickly became A favourite on the way to or from Parkland Green. Would definitely recommend staying at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy.

Extremely satisfied, the kids absolutely loved it! The room was fantastic too; booking almost half a year in advance really paid off and gave us great value for money. This place is excellent for families; there are so many activities, and it's very friendly for younger children, with an indoor kids' club that even has an area for under-5s. The outdoor pools, both large and small, the kids' water slides, and the splash areas were a hit with our ten-year-old. All the front desk staff I encountered were very friendly; the person I met in the morning could even communicate simply in English. The lady who gave us our room cards in the afternoon was also exceptionally kind; seeing that we were two adults with two children, she gave us a wonderful room. Many thanks! My younger daughter said she wants to go again – and she usually has so many hotels she wants to try, which really proves how good Ctrip's recommendation was. Thanks again!

We celebrate our wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our time at the hotel and near the areas of Sentosa. It’s like a home away from home. We appreciated the warm welcome, especially as my husband had just celebrated his birthday before our stay Keep it up and definitely will choose this hotel again💛🏝️

Even though the online reviews were generally average, I still firmly chose to stay here because I liked the hotel's style. Overall, it was a good experience. Transportation (last 2 pictures): 1. The island's free B line shuttle bus (runs every 15 minutes until 12:15 AM) has a stop here. After getting off, the golf course is on the left, and the hotel is on the right. It's just a short walk up a small slope. 2. The hotel's mini-bus can take you to Universal Studios and Vivocity MRT station (Exit D), but large luggage is not allowed. Room: Very spacious, there's even a foyer right after the entrance where you can place two suitcases. The decor and facilities are quite new, but there's no view. Service: One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese. We arrived at 10 AM, checked in, but the room wasn't ready. The hotel delivered our luggage to the room by 3 PM. If you arrive at 3 PM, you might have to queue for check-in. Swimming Pool: It's indeed just average. They don't even require swimming caps, and there were leaves at the bottom of the pool. It's open from 7 AM to 7 PM.

The hotel room was quite spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was enough to fill you up. The hotel's location is quite close to the airport, so it's a recommended choice for a layover or transit.
