Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Prices in Beihai are really reasonable; we were very happy with both the food and accommodation. The dessert shop and seafood place recommended by the concierge were absolutely delicious and not expensive at all. We'd love to come back next year!

However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! MM34896****I absolutely have to give this a five-star review! The value for money is just incredible! To stay in a five-star hotel at this price point is an absolute steal. The service was thoughtful and very welcoming, and the room was bigger than I expected, spotless, and completely odor-free. All the amenities were there, and two entire floors were dedicated to entertainment facilities and fitness options, with both indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were super helpful, recommending local eateries and must-see spots, and even helped us plan our travel itinerary, which saved us a lot of hassle.

YYeshiyoushenfenzhengdeI stayed here when it was newly opened, but I never thought that it would change so much in ten years. Let me start with the good: the hotel is located on Guanling Mountain, the lung of the North Sea, surrounded by green trees, facing the sea in spring, and the environment is excellent. The hotel is a manor-style small building with exquisite and unique structure, spacious rooms, high ceilings, no sense of oppression, and a large balcony outdoors, where it is very pleasant to watch the mountains and the sea and bask in the sun. Disadvantages: The room facilities lack maintenance, the wallpaper is bulging and has black spots, and it feels very shabby. The balcony wooden floor is old and rotten, and has not been updated and maintained in time. The balcony door is also seriously deformed and difficult to close. The building has a closed lobby management, but there is no welcome service and no ventilation. After entering, a moldy smell is pervasive and it is very unpleasant. Five-star location, five-star framework, five-star room rate, but there is no five-star service and five-star quality, which needs to be improved.

There are some blocks near the hotel, so there are relatively few vehicles and people. There are not many people on the beach outside, and it is also very clean. Compared with the crowded Silver Beach, this place is really beautiful. There is a sightseeing bus at the entrance of the hotel that can go directly to the Qiaogang Style Street. It is also close to the seafood market in Dianjian Village. The beach at night is also unique. It is also convenient to eat nearby. It is a very pleasant trip. I especially praise the dryer in the room. It is really easy to use. The child goes to the sea n times a day. Fortunately, there is this dryer.

MMax WakefieldI stayed at Pearl for a couple of weeks while settling into a language school at Beihai. It's in an interesting part of town, close to both Beihai old street and the seafront, though a long way from the best beaches on the other side of the city if that's what you want. The room was great, spacious and well looked after. The staff were helpful and the public laundry station on the roof made life easier.

We stayed at the hotel on November 15. The proprietress was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help us introduce the tourist attractions in Beihai. Because we were busy, we forgot the charger on the medical device. It took about a week to think of falling in the hotel. Contact the proprietress immediately. The proprietress said that the guests had left things. They will keep it for the guests, and send it back to us in the afternoon. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great. It takes less than five minutes to walk to Silver Beach. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The closed windows were acceptable to us. We arrived at the hotel very late. The lady recommended a very affordable and authentic late-night snack place. I will choose it again next time.

DDalanmao1. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat; there was a power outage. Power was restored after about ten minutes.
2. I only realized I needed to bring my own toilet paper and tissues when I went to the bathroom. I don't know if the hotel didn't provide them or forgot to.
3. I found two or three clumps of dried glue on the sheets; the staff said it was glue residue.
4. The only good thing about the hotel is its super convenient access to the beach; the beach is right outside the back door. The downside is that the boardwalk leading to the beach is a bit old and in disrepair.
