The hotel is located on the edge of the old town in the middle of the usual small streets. In the immediate vicinity you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarket and small shops. Stopped at the hotel for 10 days in early August 2024. The number of the category deluxe is very spacious, but the quality of cleaning can be estimated by 1 of 5, in 10 days never washed the plumbing, cleaning was done only after the complaint, constantly forgot to put the bathroom, towel for feet, toilet paper. Cleaning was only to change the main towels and fill the bed, to remove the trash. Some days of cleaning was not made at all. Even when the door handle was ”please, clean my room”. It is worth adding that there is no towel dryer in the room and on the balcony too things or towels do not dry with a tick. Breakfasts can be estimated at 2 out of 5, you will not go hungry, But everything will be as uniform and cool as possible, even if you come to the beginning of breakfast (8:00-10:30). Breakfasts were almost non-diversified in the variety of dishes during all 10 days of stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great location in the sea and the nearest city, but it has a great king-size bed, a beautiful powerful air conditioning and a good view of the sea with a balcony. sights. We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.

We booked a package with Israir which included flight and hotel. Our booking was one booking 2 rooms. We arrived there, my husband, me and my parents (a senior couple) and were received by a very unpleasant young lady. As our rooms werent ready we left our lugagge at the storeroom and went to the mall nearby. We had lunch and came back after 15:00 when rooms should be ready. The young lady and a young man took care of delivering us our rooms, and after they did we found out we were in the 17th floor and my parents, elder couple at 12th floor. I said that we need to be at the same floor and the youngs man answer was, thats what we have. I didnt want to make a mess at this point so we went up. After we got to our room I told my husband that I am going down to see how my parents are doing and after that I will go downstairs to try to arrange rooms at the same floor. After I enter the lift, I found out I cannot reach my parents floor because you need your key to get the lift to move and my key can only go to the 17th floor. So, that means that if my parents needed me for any emergency, I had no way to reach them! I got very angry and went downstairs to talk to that young man at the reception. I told him it is not acceptable that they put my elder parents alone in one floor I cannot reach them. Another young men sitting next to him asked what happened and he told him. This one checked the computer and said he will give us rooms at the same floor but we will have to change both rooms. I told him its ok as long as we are at the same floor. So he gave us the 11th floor, one room just beside the other. The rooms had very bad maintenance, furniture broken, stained carpets and our bathroom got flooded after each and every shower we had. Food was fine, but most of the crew in the dinning room were unpleasant people. We loved Batumi and we may come back sometime, but certainly not to this hotel.

Feeling like they live there. In the hallway from 12 to 23 with a little loud enough music plays, the room is clearly audible. After 22:00 she already gave us discomfort. The room itself is large and spacious. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, disposable slippers. Stable wi-fi. Room with a balcony, a view of the construction site a meter from the building and a little bit of the sea. Bathroom. Very inconvenient toilet! Watering can in the shower with cracks, water goes in different directions. Everything is very tired. Well, a white towel with stains as a gift (we were surprised to change it, but when you get out of the shower without expecting this, it's unpleasant).
