"This was my first time staying here. Overall, everything was satisfactory. My only suggestion would be about the children's playground. It would be much better if it were mopped daily, and the slides and playhouses wiped down regularly. My child played there and got completely dirty – their feet were all black! 🙈🙈 I had to give them a bath immediately upon returning to the room. 🙈 Additionally, it would be great if they could add more types of toys, perhaps a ball pit or similar. While there were plenty of chairs and tables for children, there were no drawing papers or colored pencils available. That's just my main feedback. Everything else was perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Golden Tulip! 🥳👌"

"Strategic location, clean rooms, For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective."

Waking up to the breathtaking sight of not just one but two mountains was an unforgettable experience. The cold weather added to the charm, especially when it drizzled lightly, creating a peaceful, gloomy atmosphere. Sitting on the balcony with a warm cup of coffee (or even ice coffee for a refreshing twist) while watching people swim below was incredibly relaxing. The twinkling lights from the locals’ homes in the distance made the view even more magical at night. As for the hotel itself, there's nothing to worry about. It’s clean, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly yet romantic stay with a stunning view, this place is definitely worth considering."

"Very satisfied staying here. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The room is quite spacious, bring children here and it's really fun because it's spacious. The atmosphere is quite cool and the view is great, especially right at the swimming pool. The small detail that made me give 5 stars is the trash can. The trash can in the room is put in a closed wooden box and is quite heavy if played by children. This is very helpful, especially for those who have small children who like to explore anything. "Surprisingly cool hotel! Each room is unique and the interior is unique! Service from the start of entry and check in was smooth! But we weren't offered a welcome drink heheh maybe because it was already 9pm when we checked in. The room has a hairdryer, mini bar, 2 glass bottles of mineral water. Get a welcome old school cake snack. There are 3 children's play areas: beach sand play, soccer board and mini. The door is iron and unique for the DND sign or make up room using a magnetic attachment Thank God the breakfast is now a buffet, get information beforehand about the set menu. Must order room service! It's delicious guys and the packaging is really unique. The employees are pool friendly! Minuses: -bed sheet has spots -Perhaps it needs to be explained that to use cellphone facilities you must call or SMS. -Breakfast starts at 7, we arrived at 8.30. The menu needs to be improved so that it doesn't seem empty. Gonna be back!"
