The room is spacious according to the reservation and is enough for 4 people. Cleanliness needs to be improved, the bed sheets, pillows are dull and have many yellow spots, the TV sometimes works sometimes not, only for national broadcasts, the bathroom smells fishy, it has been cleaned but the smell does not go away. The panoramic view is very good, the location is also strategic, on Sundays many people exercise and sell food around the villa.

GGuest UserI have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities.
I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space.
Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

MMOHAMED ALIFFI BINThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner
For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

FfleurishAnts in the bath room, lots of flies at the diners, however cosy small hotel .. nearby to neighbouring u can literally see the guys house with abandoned pool.. love the rooftop dining .. but need more lights so dark .. in the day u can see the mountain view if u get the rooms facing it... love all rooms comes with balconies. Walking distance to muzium antique... lots of street food stall in the front.. no chance to booked the spa always full you should add more rooms .. even airport transfer only 1 .. other than that its a nice budget hotel.

GGuest UserIt should be a good hotel with a nice facilities and views, but be careful when you visit when there are other groups of people holding a party. It was very disappointing that early in the morning at around 7 AM, the group of people who hold a party made a stupid balloon game right in front of your room. They blew the balloons using their butts and the sounds were VERY VERY DISTURBING. The managemenf of the hotel seemed let them do the balloon game thing regardless the other guest who were still sleeping in the morning. I was staying there at 15 October 2022, and WILL NOT stay again in this hotel.

GGuest UserIt's quite interesting, especially since there's a free dinner during New Year...
It's just that maybe you need to get an elevator, it's not bad if you have to go back and forth from rooms on the 3rd floor...
The place for breakfast should also be updated, because it looks shabby and limited especially if it's used for a place where you've just finished swimming so it's all wet...
It took quite a long time to check in, maybe because it was the New Year holidays...

TThe YearsIt's really worth it for the kids.. You don't need to go anywhere, it's complete.. If you're looking for something to make the kids happy here.. The only input is, the room can be rejuvenated again..

The sink doesn't have hand sanitizer,
Even if it's on a rock, it's not as cold as we used to living in the city when the air conditioner is getting a little hot because the room doesn't have the AC.
The room window was a bit too bright because there was no curtain, until 6 am I couldn't sleep because it was very bright,
Maybe it'll be good for the oxygen to be two sessions, night and morning.
The villa with 2 or 3 bedrooms (1 person) onsen with koq is quite narrow ya
The breakfast was all cold (it was actually we went to the restaurant for 9:30 o'clock a rice breakfast), but the dinner of this class has a heater, and I found two hairs in 2 different dishes,
Please keep it clean. Yes.
Over all that's just a little input, a little bit.
I'm sure it's still one and I'll be back when I have a chance
