Best Batam Center Hotels

"I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top."

"The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room."

"The hotel stuff including housekeeper are kind, sweet, helpful and hospitality but what made me dissapointed is they used very old pillow it's already turned to white to yellow colour but when I asked to housekeeper they changed cleaner one for me and thank you for that."

"Just an okay place to crash. Not that great but not that bad. Could be better than expected. The location is great and lots of food outlets can be found nearby just by walking. Overall, a good place to stay."

"The building is new, so it's clean and nice, but it's in a somewhat awkward location. It's a five-story building and there's some road noise. If you're sensitive to road noise, please be aware of this."

"Everything was good except the plug point. I’ve been in batam so many time and dont have any problem with power socket. Apparently they still using 2 pin power socket. Even they also dont provide 3 pin plug adapter. And i have to walk to nearest hardware to find travel adaptor by myself. I hope they will fix this problem and tourist dont have to worry abt this anymore. I would like recommend this hotel to my other family and friend. Clean, comfortable and affordable🥰👍🏻"

"Great place, quiet, excellent staff, friendly black cat too🐈⬛️ The place has no lift, but everything was accessible. They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside..."
