"The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... There were many varieties of breakfast, the service was in place, and the charging head was not suitable for the front desk to provide a copy directly.
The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized.

"Across the street from Basel Train Station, the Baroque architecture is very pleasing to the eye. The bedding is comfortable and hygienic, and the breakfast is very good. The production, taste and variety are excellent, better than the average European hotel. Freshly squeezed juice and salmon are provided. It is the most pleasant breakfast among all the hotels in Europe. Very good!"

"I’m travelling with family of 8ppls and staying in this hotel for 2nights. Out of 4rooms, all 3 rooms with issue like smelly room (like dead body inside the room), only one lightbulb is working, door knob got issue, stuffy room.. too many issue that we don’t know where shud we start to complaint. Old hotel and need a lot improvement. Check in staff is friendly. Breakfast consider average. No photo because nothing to shot out with."

"Hotel traffic is still very convenient, but self-check-in is really bad, the hotel will send an email to let us fill in the message, self-check-in. But I ordered a few orders, one of which never found the email. When I checked in on the same day, I directly replied that we could not check in. In the end, I coordinated the processing and processed it for half an hour. I also gave us a few options. Timely processing for Trip.com , We are still very satisfied with the results."

"The room is poorly soundproofed, and the floor upstairs creaks when stepped on. It's speechless. It's the first time I booked a self-check-in. The gate requires a password to enter. There is no check-in guide when booking on Ctrip. I waited for a long time until someone opened the door and slipped in. Ctrip asked the hotel agent but there was no response. Fortunately, there were other people in the restaurant who kindly gave me directions. There is a shared kitchen. 700 yuan is not bad, right? The socket of this one is small, and the power ***** cannot be used. I used this when I went to France before. Fortunately, their USB can be used, so it dealt with it for one night."

FFUNG YEE BELINDAHotel at very convenient location, providing easy access to different means of public transport. Both the public areas and rooms of the hotel are clean and brightly lit. The room is very spacious indeed, and the water in the tub is strong and hot enough.
The breakfast was on the whole good, except that there's some recurrent confusion in the order of omelettes because of seemingly poor coordination in the manpower and order-taking arrangements. Hope that could be improved.

I lived in the quadrille room on the second floor. Shower and toilet are located on a general floor, nor in your private room, but still place is spacious and you have a lot of variants where to go

hotel is located right next to a tram station and the Basel fair close to Basel Badischer Bahnhof. It s a high rise building with hotelrooms up to floor 14. There is an independant bar on the 30st floor in the same building with spectacular views. Hotel guests get a free Basel card with allows to use public transport for free and lots of half price things to do like museums, zoo etc.

XXiamenbiaogeThe location of the hotel is good, next to the European train station SBB, it is very convenient to travel by taxi and public transportation. The biggest problem is that there is no air-conditioning. It is only the beginning of June, and the outdoor temperature is as high as 28 degrees at noon. There is no air-conditioning indoors, and the sunlight is direct (European latitude is high, and the sun's slope is not large in summer), and the indoor temperature is as high as 34-36 degrees! I couldn't sleep at all. I asked the front desk and said that the temperature is relatively low at night and it will cool down. The room is not ventilated and it won't cool down at all! Only a small electric fan is provided, and I have no sleep all night! When booking a hotel in Europe, you must ask whether there is air conditioning. 80% of hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning, which is unbearable in summer! This is still a European four-star hotel!

GGuest UserWe took our kids to Basel for two days. We took bus 50 from the airport and transferred to bus 30 at Basel SBB to get to the hotel. Bus 30 is right outside the hotel, and bus 14 is a short turn away to get to the city center. Bus 30 transfers to bus 8 to get to the Tri-Border Bridge. The hotel offers a Basel card. The hotel is very new, but I had a room on the street side, and every time a car passed by, it was very noisy when I was sleeping at night. But the facilities and beds were very new and clean. The breakfast was not as rich as other reviews wrote. I think if it is not Sunday, I can choose not to have breakfast in the hotel and eat outside.

IINDIGO6This is a recently renovated hostel with a modern design that stands out among the hostels I've stayed at.
However, since it's completely self-service, the check-in process is difficult. I thought I could just ask a staff member, but no one was there, so it was difficult.
I was able to check in by phone, but it seemed difficult at first glance. From morning to evening (around 6pm?), the staff at the restaurant attached to the hostel are available to help and store luggage, but they are only there to help, so they cannot confirm reservations.
The entrance is from a courtyard-like area opposite the street, so it was difficult to find.
It was a dormitory, but there were bath towels and soap in the shower room, and it was overall clean and I was satisfied with my stay.

RRachelsparklesThe whole journey was amazing. Switzerland is the cleanest country I’ve been to and this hotel fulfills my expectations. There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left. Cutest thing I’ve experienced, would highly recommend this room too!
