"In the beginning there was a shortage of everything, until my wife wanted to complain and the tide turned
All shortcomings were supplemented
Even if the breakfast was already cold, it was quickly replenished
Only the fitness room leaves much to be desired, but rarely does anyone exercise there
The food is tasty and cheap, service is good in case of emergencies
All in all a good stay!"

"Booked a double studio room, it turns out it doesn't have an en suite bathroom, just for the experience.. the location is very strategic though.. only because the bathroom is outside.. so the bathroom is not very clean.. even though the room is clean, the AC is also cold.."

"The hotel is not in the center of Pangkalan Bun but is a good base for various activities. The breakfast is extensive and in the restaurant you can eat well in the evening.
The large garden invites you to linger. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. It wasn't exactly clean, smelled a bit of mold, the mirror should be replaced.
The staff was friendly and the duvets were changed upon request."
