"I had a wonderful 3-night stay at AC Marriott Penang. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and those long pillows I absolutely love! The room was spotless and well-kept throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality from the front desk team — they were welcoming from the moment I checked in, even recommending a nearby massage spa along with their preferred masseurs. I was genuinely impressed that despite only a brief encounter at check-in, they remembered my name every time I passed by. Small gestures like that made the whole experience feel extra personal. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel's room is very clean and comfortable, only the TV can't see movies. The hotel' buffet dinner is superb and delicious, I love it. I will come back to this hotel again when I travel to Penang."

"Pro:Amenities in room are good.Water pressure in bathroom was high and it’s good.My son enjoy bath in the bathtub very much. Thanks for hotel arrange for a birthday cake as i had highlighted that the purpose stay in hotel was celebrate my son and husband birthday There is one chinese seafood stall call Haoyou which the price are reasonable and food taste nice.The stall just step down from the hotel. Cons:Long queue for waiting lift during check out time.Had been wait for 20 min. The waiting area do not have aircond and very hot which make the waiting situation getting worst."

"It is a value for money experience for me. Stay short and continue travel. I arrive the hotel after mid night. Frontdesk staff processed my reservation quick. I recommend an advance email notification for late arrival. Good location. 10 mins to Penang International airport."

"Everything about my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location was very convenient for business purposes. Amenities in the room were complete and well-maintained. I appreciated the minibar and coffee setup. Highly recommended for business travellers."

"The location of Olive tree is good as it is just a walking distance to the restaurants. Spice Arena and jogging track are just beside the hotel. swimming pool was under renovation thus i couldn't use it. Gym is quite spacious with opening times from 5am - 2am daily is good to go for early or late workouts."

"The location is great with nearby food stall. In front of hotel got a very famous Nasi kandar and mamak stall. The room is clean but bedsheet got some stain, check in also quite easy but only 1 access card is given. I travel with my family and we go out or go back at different timing is a bit hassle with only 1 access card. The building is for office, residence and Airbnb use so security level not high."

"Very new hotel. Less than 1 year. Room very spacious. King size bed very comfortable. Have pillow menu to choose type of pillow that you prefer for your sleep. Nice view of city and Penang bridge. Lot of local cafe and restaurant within walking distance. Queenbay mall just a short ride away."
