Really nice hotel especially near to metro station. Nothing to complaint because everything is perfect.

We recently traveled to Osaka for the first time, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, it is conveniently located near two stations: Shin-Imamiya (JR line) and Dobutsuen-mae (Midosuji line), making it easy to travel directly from Kansai Airport to the hotel without any transfers. Secondly, the hotel is very clean, and the room is just the right size for three people. They also offer free drinks in the lobby, along with a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. Additionally, it is within walking distance of the Shinsekai Tsutenkaku Tower, and there are plenty of shopping options in the vicinity. Lastly, the staff members are all friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the main door is locked at midnight for safety reasons. However, this wasn't an issue for us, as most shops and restaurants close by 9 PM, with some closing even earlier. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Very near to Shin Imamiya and Dobutsuen-Mae stn. Easy to access the airport. Rooms are spacious enough.

The hotel is in a very good location. Near Tennoji park, Tsutengaku and it's shops area, Abeno harucas building which is the highest building in Japan, also Donki World tax free shop and Spa world. The price of the room at the hotel for one person is ¥6,500

An exceptional service experience. I stayed for two nights, but encountered an unpleasant issue on the first night. However, the hotel staff handled it perfectly, promptly agreeing to refund the first night's fee and arranging an upgraded room. This is a guest-centric hotel, and I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊 非常非常好的服務體驗，其中我入住兩晚，但第一個晚上遭遇不悅的問題，不過飯店的服務人員處理的非常完美，馬上答應退第一晚上的房費，同時安排升等換房，這是一間服務以客為尊的好飯店，極度推薦來此飯店居住，下次我還會繼續選住此飯店。

The service and facilities are well worth the price. The room is very spacious and the location is close to the main station. Going from and to the airport is very suitable.

Close to Shin-Imamiya Station, so very easy to catch up the train from/to the airport by both JR or Nankai Trains. And also near the Metro Station, Don Donki, lots of restaurants and you can walk to Tsutenkaku tower/shinsenkai Area or Tennoji. The Staffs were very helpful and service minds. We will be stay here again next time.

It is very convenience as the hotel is nearby train stations. Hotel is spacious and comfortable. Everything working fine. It is beyond my expectation as the price is quite cheap and affordable.

In my personal experience. It was a very clean hostel. I like their services. Such as we can leave our luggage after check out and they provide free drinks anytime. I loved this place so much. I would recommend you have to stay here. The price is worth it to spend time. It is also near Shin-Mamiya station. I will go back next time for sure. See you.

The location is very convenient, and the room is exceptionally clean. It's close to the airport line and the subway! They even have a washing machine and dryer, so you can bring clean clothes back to your country. Highly recommended!
