I chose this place because of I wanted to be away from the city quiet and because of their cat. I think I made a good choice though the room I selected was a little small. The place is a short walk to Lingyan temple and there are some nice restaurants nearby. Taxi can't get in during the weekend. So, be prepared to take the bus and walk a little. It may be a little tricky if you have big and heavy suitcases. The bus station is close to the place. Overall, it was a good and enjoyable stay. The owner was chatty and helpful. I enjoyed our chats.

This is a homestay and the host is wonderful. The room is clean and cozy. The host is friendly and free to upgrade our room to a bigger room. She provides useful information about the attraction and recommends affordable eateries to use. Enjoy our stay there.

Good location if you wish to stay within the west lake attraction. 10mins walk to the 灵隐寺 and also cable car station to the 财神庙. However , do note that there are no private hailing service during the weekend and you have to take bus out of the zone for you to take the Didi. The owner of the hotel is very helpful and pleasant. It was a nice stay overall, very different vibe from staying in the city. Do note that the place has no lift so if you bring big luggage, will be a bit of a hassle.

Nice hotel ,nice personal . Just couple of things - to get back to the town ( especially with the suitcase) you need to walk a bit till the pont where you can find or call car

The room is not big but it is clean. I stayed there in 2021. It was just opened and it was quite stylish. After four years, the changes are quite big. The service attitude is very good. It is close to the scenic spot. You can choose this one if you want to go there.

The landlord was very welcoming. We arrived at 9pm that day. Because there was a vacancy that day, the boss upgraded the room type and took us to see both room types so that we could choose the one we liked. The house was clean and there was fragrance in the house. There was a small yard outside the house with a swing, tables and chairs. It was very relaxing to drink tea in my spare time.

The elegant white-walled and green-tiled courtyard is always carefully kept clean and bright by the proprietress, and a bunch of newly replaced gardenias can be seen when the door is opened. The most unforgettable thing is that the proprietress is always as gentle as the spring breeze, from helping to collect express delivery to patiently guiding the phone when getting lost late at night. She is like a sister and an elder, taking every guest's triviality to heart, and even helping to fold the clothes hung in front of the courtyard. There is no cold standard of the hotel here, only the warmth of the sunshine leaking through the window lattice. If you also want to find a home by the West Lake, remember to come to Nian Ting to sit down - there is tea, stories, and the human touch of living a poetic life.

The location of the B&B is very good, very close to the main road and next to a large tea plantation with beautiful scenery. Unfortunately, the tea plantation view in the room is on the side and can only be seen from the corner of the table. The room is more spacious than expected, the toilet is relatively small, the room facilities such as the kettle are a bit old, and the wifi signal is poor and basically unusable. The sunlight is good, but the curtains are not blackout, so you will wake up early in the morning, and the sound insulation effect is average. It seems that someone is staying outside at around 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. The sound of a group of people going upstairs and talking is very noisy. The store service is quite enthusiastic, giving extra high pillows and quilts, and also sending small souvenirs and tea.

The location is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Lingyin Temple and 2 minutes to Caishen Temple. There are many restaurants nearby. There are local restaurants and coffee shops. Qingchun Pumen is highly recommended. It is an 8-minute walk from the B&B.

The overall environment is good, especially the geographical location is very convenient, close to the core scenic area, the tea garden environment is good, but friends who drive should pay attention to go early, the parking space is relatively tight
