Friendly staff

Excellent hotel with excellent price

It was good, thank you, we liked it, everyone was helpful, it's a nice hotel.

While it is very difficult to find a family hotel in Istanbul, it is one of the rare nice hotels to be preferred. They are very caring, especially Mr. Mert was very helpful. Thank you very much to all hotel staff

The front desk is very good, the room is also nice, breakfast is provided and the owner is also nice

Small windows to the outside, little fresh air. The 1st room offered had no thermostat, heating was on at full height the entire time

Not great, too average

From the minute we arrived everything was beautiful and very attentive. Mr. Merritt always took care of us. Room service and reception service were always helpful in looking after us. Breakfast service is very good. The rooms are very clean and spacious. If you are bored because you don't have a place to stay, don't worry because there is Öz Sefa Hotel.

It was very easy to reach with its proximity to almost all public transportation vehicles. Personal areas such as the bed linens in the room were spotlessly clean. I was happy to have air conditioning in the room. A hotel that is well above its price. I would also like to thank Mr. Mert for his interest.
