The room was very comfortable, the front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming, and free coffee and milk were provided. The view was gorgeous, which completely made my day. Excellent value for money!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the room offers a spacious view. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers right from the window, and the night view is especially beautiful. The room is clean and tidy, the service is attentive, it's convenient for getting around, and there are many dining options. The stay experience was fantastic, and I'll choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The room looks similar to the pictures on the platform, but the hygiene is absolutely horrendous! There's a persistent musty smell in the room that occasionally comes and goes but never really dissipates. The duvet cover also smells, like it hasn't been washed in months, as if it hasn't been changed in a long time, or the room hasn't been ventilated, or perhaps nobody has stayed here for ages. The bathroom is even more outrageous; even with the door closed, you can still intermittently catch whiffs of urine. The entire stay was a terrible experience. As for the service, the female receptionist who checked me in was rude and impatient, though the young lady who checked me out was alright. I came here for the 'high-altitude view' as advertised, but the reality was a huge disappointment. It was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The surroundings are incredibly lively, and Huaguoyuan, the largest community, really lives up to its name. The room itself was very spacious, and the price I paid this time was also incredibly good value.

I came to Guiyang for Zhou Shen's concert and chose Caiyun Chunxu. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly friendly and helpful, even recommending tourist attractions for us. They also offer free coffee and laundry service. This guesthouse is highly recommended!

The facilities and equipment are old, and many areas were not properly cleaned. The decorative painting in the room was just sitting on the floor covered in dust, and the towels looked old and dry. Several floors below are KTVs, a standard red-light district. Walking near this guesthouse, you'll be asked if you want to go to the bar. It's really subpar. I don't recommend it for families with children; it's unclean and the environment is poor – just dirty, messy, and bad.
