"I highly recommend this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and all the necessary amenities were thoughtfully provided. We were even upgraded to a larger room to accommodate our large luggage, which was a very kind gesture.
The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a 24-hour laundry room, a gym, and a cafeteria. Complimentary bottled water and canned soft drinks were also provided daily, which was a nice touch.
The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
The location is about an 8-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which is quite reasonable compared to other areas in Beijing.
To top it all off, the hotel gave us a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely and memorable gesture."

"During my stay with family at the Sunworld Hotel in Beijing, I really enjoyed my stay. In the 7 days we stayed in April, I had quite the utmost quality of every hotel in the district. The twin room we stayed was very nice with 2 queen size beds that can be joined together to form a very spacious bed fit for a couple and a kid. The interior of the room was recently renovated with comfy beds and well deaigned bathroom. I would like to thank the cleaning lady on the 8th floor who would systematically clean rooms with the best quality experience, each day. Next, about the food for breakfast. I really enjoyed the food they offer at the hotel buffet, with lots of really cool options, such as noodles cooked on the spot, bread, fruit with watermelon and banana, and yogurt. I also appreciate the location of the hotel, with the site near the major sites, such as the Wangfujing shopping district, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Jingshan Park. I recommend this hotel because it is close to two metro stations in Beijing, Line 8's Jinyu Hutong and Line 5's Dengshikou, and the facilities are very high quality. It will be more perfect to include a running machine in the fitness room."

"Great location! There's a noodle shop, Mixue ice cream, a Lawson convenience store, and a pharmacy nearby, which is super convenient. Domino's is also not far away. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but the path is easy to navigate.
What I loved most was the bed and duvet. If you prioritize good sleep while traveling, I highly recommend this place. The bed and duvet really helped me recover from travel fatigue. The bed is soft on top but firmer underneath, providing excellent support. The duvet is also just the right thickness. Even the twin beds are spacious enough, you won't feel cramped.
The Xiao Ai voice assistant was very useful.
It was very clean, everything was spotless and comfortable."

"This hotel was a fantastic choice for our trip! It's conveniently located near a shopping district and just a seven-minute walk to the subway, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was excellent – we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside. The front desk staff, especially one gentleman, was incredibly quick with check-in and even proactively upgraded our room. Their service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. Our room was tidied up daily, and the breakfast spread was varied and delicious. Definitely great value for money! I'll absolutely choose this place again on my next visit."

The location of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing is unbeatable; it's very close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, with plenty of shopping malls and great dining options nearby. The large terrace on the 5th floor offers stunning views, and this time I even managed to capture the Forbidden City at sunset~
The semi-buffet breakfast with a la carte options is very convenient, and all the pastries are handmade daily, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed~

BBingjilingzhenhaochiaEvery time I visit Beijing with my kids, I choose InterContinental. It's just across the street from Sanlitun, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, there are two subway stations nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze.
The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with great natural light. Mika Flora, one of the staff members, was incredibly gentle and responsible, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality and variety of pastries in the dessert section. For instance, most hotel restaurants seem to have savory floss bread, and adding more sweet and savory options could make the selection even richer.

GGuest UserGot an upgrade! This trip was such a pleasant surprise. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. The location is superb, right on Qianmen Street, with a Lawson convenience store just across the road. It's on the central axis of the city, and you can walk to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum in about ten minutes – everything is so close! This made my trip incredibly convenient. When you're traveling, a good location is key, and since it's off-peak season, the price was great. Definitely excellent value for money. The staff are also fantastic and truly think of their guests; they even helped me cancel a more expensive booking to get a cheaper one.

My son especially loved the setup of the lounge area; the wall art and lighting were perfectly matched, creating a stylish ambiance. The kitchen was an absolute bonus, fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher and washing machine, and all the dishes and pots were neatly organized. Traveling with a child, I didn't have to worry about a thing – it was so convenient to prepare baby food or warm up meals for him. It truly felt like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

GGuest UserThis experience was a bit disappointing! First, the good points: the accommodation package included a high-quality afternoon tea set, and the staff were very friendly! Now for the not-so-good parts: I'm not sure if it was due to the increased traffic during the May Day holiday, but the room cleaning was unsatisfactory. There were hairs everywhere, on the sofa and in the corners of the walls. I wonder if the previous guest had a pet. We had to request a second vacuum cleaning!
The evening BBQ buffet was definitely something to avoid. I've never had such a terrible BBQ. It felt like an immature dish added on a whim without any proper menu development! There were no labels at the buffet counter, and all the BBQ items were mixed together. We had to ask the staff, who then had to ask the chef, and the chef would then explain each item one by one. It was basically a 'mystery box' buffet. The scallops were overcooked and a bit tough. There was no juice at the buffet, and a star-rated hotel actually served cold mixed noodles (liangpi)!
The worst part was that the BBQ meat and grilled tendon weren't fully cooked. They lacked chewiness and that grilled flavor; it was more like they were par-boiled first and then grilled. The overall temperature of the food wasn't very hot, and if you didn't eat it quickly at your table, it would get cold. The only highlight was that the crayfish were decent. The watermelon at the buffet wasn't as good as the watermelon in the afternoon tea set. The dinner menu was actually worse than breakfast.
