Terrible hotel. They have bugs! Vermins. I have dozens of bites. Also they have roaches everywhere. Do not recommend. The food is not good... very much disappointed with this place. Rooms are not clean. Towels which are supposed to be white.. are yellow and brown

I spend 3 nights on this property it was totally worth it. The views from their balcony and from a restaurant I can't describe in words its priceless. The property is near the flame tower and the most famous Nizami street hardly 5 minutes drive. You can easily find a taxi outside the hotel. We really enjoy our vacation on this property. Especially thanks to the front manager (i forgot her name)she helps us a lot to arrange a car for Gabala sightseeing currency exchange and many more. we definitely visit this place again. Thanks a lot for your warm hospitality.

They have done a lot of work here rehabbing a building showing its age. The effort yields a 4 star experience with a well trained staff who are accommodating. Lots of dining and shopping options very close by. There is a large Walmart sized grocery right next door. I have enjoyed my stay here and would return. AC works well. Rare for a European hotel. Asked for an iron and ironing board, one was brought right up. Needed batteries for my TV remote and they were brought right up. This staff gets an ”A” for their good effort.

Facilities: Generally speaking, it is useless. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. The variety of food is a bit poor. The most delicious ones are biscuits.
Health: Not bad, very clean
Environment: Not in the downtown area, but it’s more convenient to take a taxi
Service: The overall service level in Azerbaijan is very average. If you don’t have expectations, you won’t be disappointed😞
It is worth mentioning that the hotel did not know that the rights were exchanged for early check-in and breakfast. You can do this after communicating with customer service later.

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

Outstanding
GGuest UserDuring my 13-hour layover in Baku, I chose to unwind at the Fly Inn Baku Hotel, seeking a relaxing break between flights. Discovered online and backed by positive reviews, the hotel exceeded expectations. The modern and clean ambiance, convenient service, and optional flexible check-in and check-out policies appealed to my preferences. The spacious rooms, well-stocked bathroom essentials, plush robes, and excellent modern gym contributed to a comfortable stay. The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.
LLeytonFrom the moment I arrived and asked for an early checkin, the staff haven been flexible and very engaging. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best in relation to aesthetics, but most importantly the staff.

I stayed in this hotel from 11th august to 14 august 2024 ( Three nights). Only reason to stay in this hotel is it's location, very close to Nizami street. Super market is just in this hotel building, Taxi stand is just 50 meters from hotel. The room are good, neat & clean. But Lobby is very very small. Only two chairs for the guests. Only one staff in reception. so room check- in takes longer time. The lady on reception is very soft spoken and helping nature. The worst part is breakfast. Very limited items. For vegetarians, virtually no hot item. Dry fruits are infested with worms. . Fruits are never fresh and mostly rotten. Tea coffee are never hot. In my three days stay, same breakfast menu. No activity in hotel.

GGuest UserThe room is of a suitable size, and the facilities are generally like those of a domestic 3-star hotel. The service is generally poor, which is probably because the habits here are relatively rough. The taste of breakfast is not suitable for our taste. The biggest problem of this hotel is that it faces the street on three sides, with heavy traffic and severe noise at night.
GGuest UserSmall, cozy hotel in the old town. Located at the back of the street, in the courtyard, so the rooms are quiet. You can't hear cars or people. Metro 3 minutes walk. The room was deluxe, clean and spacious. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Elevator . Breakfast is included, each is served on a tray. No choice. I advise you to pay only upon arrival. We were paid by the locals through Booking from their card and at the reception they could not find the payment. Receptionists for the work score two. Zero information and attention. And so the hotel is very worthy for its price in the city center. A small, cozy hotel in the old town. Located at the back of the street, in the courtyard, so the rooms are quiet. GGuest UserI had a great stay at ibis Baku on my trip to Baku, this was my 2nd trip and 2nd stay at the same hotel, rooms are still refreshing and looks quite new and updated, every other facilities are available which is mandatory , the staff is courteous and helpful in all the aspects. My special thanks to Mr. Bashir ( Duty Manager) for helping me and assisting through out the stay. He really goes out of his way to make sure the guests are happy and satisfied. Thanks to the other team members namely - Rufat and Naila as they kept meeting me all the time when I was at hotel during my stay, Overall a decent stay to remember and would definitely be coming again and again once I am in Baku again. Thanks so much to the ibis Baku Team.
AAmmad KhalilOur Flight got cancelled due to visa issues, we went to a different hotel called MAAJID HOTEL in old city,
Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.
No Scam
No overcharge
Very friendly staff
Staff is so good like they talk to you like they are your family members.
I am very impressed, i will visit this hotel again & again & again but only through trip.com
TTomCAdamsReally good location. Views at breakfast from the cafe are worth the stay alone. The rooms with balconies are worth paying more for. The rooms are clean. Staff are always attentive and helpful. Loved the true authentic Azeri experience over a chain hotel or upmarket boutique hotel. Really memorable hotel stay
GGuest UserI don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Shown in photos. Also the bathr
AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
