"Long time I didn't stay at the Deluxe King Room. Huge difference compared to the standard room. At least having bigger space for toilet bowl & shower. Very luxury room decoration. Comfortable and had a good night sleep."

"Parkcity Everly Hotel is conveniently located beside The Spring Shopping Mall. Although the hotel is older, it is well maintained and offers reliable service. I regularly choose to stay here whenever I visit Bintulu. The hot water pressure is strong, and the temperature remains consistent, which is a huge plus. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the room is clean with good overall upkeep. Toiletries provided are complete, including essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel also features a swimming pool that is well maintained and inviting. The spread is impressive with good variety. There are three coffee machines, fruit juices, egg and noodle stations, salad and pastry counters, along with both local and international hot dishes.
Overall, Parkcity Everly Hotel offers comfort, consistency and great value, making it a dependable choice for both work and leisure stays in Bintulu."

GGuest UserOverall I am satisfied with the hotel services and room facilities. Just one comment on the shower room drainage system. The drainage system seem like got some issue where the water cannot be flush down. It need some time to let the water flush down. Thats mean you need to on and off the water when showering. Hopefully can improve it.

AAminThe room is clean. Neat but the pillow is very soft and my head burried in just one pillow, they shud put at least 1/2 extra pillow if their pillow is very soft. Becaus i need two of their pillow to support my neck.
During my stay, the have some renovation work which quite big and messy. Dust is everywhere.
Location is very nice and next to the mall. Quit convinient. But not conviniet during night if u craving for food in the night, no nearby stall... parking is secure because using room card to access. Parking is generous enough. Hot water is functioning. And auto check is very easy. Also they staff to help to auto check in. Towel is given at the counter. And the staff is friendly.

Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded.
One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay.
Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays.
There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal.
Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed.
Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. GGuest UserI found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces

CCikDI have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of their favorite hotel if they has a offshore trip at Bintulu. The room is large, clean and comfortable. A lot of shop nearby, laundry, groceries, food is easy to get. Their staff also friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserWe are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room.
The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.
