Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The room is spacious, though certain corners are a bit dim—adding extra lighting could enhance comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return on future visits to Bintulu.

AAnonymous UserAm a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

NndrzkHad a pleasant business stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bintulu. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained, with a calm atmosphere ideal for getting work done. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with strong Wi-Fi and a good desk setup. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth. Breakfast was satisfying with a nice variety, and there’s a convenience store nearby for quick essentials. Overall, a comfortable and reliable option for business travelers—would happily return.

Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere.
However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.

AAnonymous UserThis is 1st time check in at Bintulu Town. So far this properties is good & middle of town. For facilities & amenities okay. Just comment the staff when request the thing quite late respond & have to call 2 3 times to double check again. For cafe, need to add on staff or help staff at cafe to make sure food enough for breakfast.
