"Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. Other things were working fine. It's just the bathroom shower Lang sa room namin, di buo ung water na nalabas. Nasa isang side lang sya. But still working Kaya walang problema samin. Didn't expect din Na malakinang standard room. Babalik kami dito. 💓"

"This hotel is so cozy and we loved our overnight stay in a weekday. Our room was so spacious but it doesn’t have a cabinet. The bathroom was huge with a bathtub. It has the complete toiletries that we need although the mirror was a bit dirty with watermarks. The food was superb at their restaurant. We loved the pool. The staff were helpful. Perfect place to relax."

"Flush water smelled bad (I stayed in other hotels where they recycled water to be flush water and it never smelled like that)
Mosquitoes in the room and the cafe.
Good thing is that there were no service charge when I ordered room service or when I dined in the cafe.
The hotel check in was fast I didn’t have cash for deposit so they allowed that but I couldn’t charge to room, either pay by card or cash. There was no problem with paying with cc for room service or in the cafe.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit hidden so make sure to pay attention to the signs."

"Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately.
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety."
