It’s okay, but so good as other four star hotels

Excellent location. Direct access to the garage. Hotel a bit old. Air conditioner not working well. Stopped at 20degree but room feels like 26degree. Don’t open the window as lots of mosquitoes around.

This hotel is located within the city walls pedestrianise area but is assessable by car as the entrance to the car park from the main road. Very close to all major tourist location. The bed is comfortable with a decent shower pressure. The breakfast is good with a good variety of hot and cold food selections.

Service in the bar is bad, staff seem too busy Then again unfriendly From 10pm onwards, a warning glance at the clock - it's time to go -

There is no bottled water in the room, and no disposable slippers. I didn't feel anything at first, but when I checked out, I saw that there were slippers on the linen, which made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe it was just a job error, who knows? If you want to park your car or carry luggage, you must be careful. The parking building and hotel are not easy to find. The medieval brick road makes it difficult for suitcases to move.

Terrible attendance. Collection of the amount already paid for the reservation and difficulties in resolving the problem is the respective refund of the amount charged.
