It’s okay, but so good as other four star hotels

Excellent location. Direct access to the garage. Hotel a bit old. Air conditioner not working well. Stopped at 20degree but room feels like 26degree. Don’t open the window as lots of mosquitoes around.

This hotel is located within the city walls pedestrianise area but is assessable by car as the entrance to the car park from the main road. Very close to all major tourist location. The bed is comfortable with a decent shower pressure. The breakfast is good with a good variety of hot and cold food selections.

There is no bottled water in the room, and no disposable slippers. I didn't feel anything at first, but when I checked out, I saw that there were slippers on the linen, which made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe it was just a job error, who knows? If you want to park your car or carry luggage, you must be careful. The parking building and hotel are not easy to find. The medieval brick road makes it difficult for suitcases to move.

交通還算方便，出租車可以直接進停車場，搭電梯直接到大堂，有些樓梯，對推車不友好。離教皇宮很近，步行3-4分鐘。 早餐出品不錯，鮮榨橙汁很贊，可以自帶水杯打包，不過最好1-2小時喝完。 房間比較小，沒什麼景觀。開窗會有點吵。 服務還算OK，如果給小費，會很開心😂
