Awesome property

very nice experience: convenient location, close to the main island with frequent shuttle. Very friendly staff. Nice and well designed room. You feel like having your own island!

The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

It's OK, it can't be compared with domestic hotels, but it's pretty good abroad

The shower head in the bathroom is easy to splash water outside the bathroom, and I am very satisfied with other aspects

Service attitude, room decoration is very good
