Stylish and cozy room, very service minded and friendly staff. Common areas and restaurant felt a bit empty. Rich breakfast buffet. We give best recommendation for the tourist manager Li Dan. She organised the best 3 day program we could have wished. She understood our needs, gave very professionell honest recommendations and booked guide and chauffeur that met our specific expectations. Top performance for a decent price.

This hotel was great, so I stayed again. Very kind and clean. Tian Peng was very kind and gelpful.

Zhang Yang, the receptionist, is very kind and helpful to assist for the information that we inquired. She is also very responsive. The room is very clean and tidy with super facilities. We have a family room which is very suitable for a family trip with 4 pax. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was located in a very convenient location. Staffs are very helpful. Hotel is very clean and spacious. Recommend for Zhangjiaje trip

Booked this room for my family. The room is super spacious and elegant. Really love their wall printings and design. It might look less modern than other hotel but its cleanliness is still great and nice. Recommended.

I liked the hotel. I chose a hotel with a pool to relax after visiting the mountains, but it is only open on weekends. it was very upsetting. this information is not on the website

Weird layout of the suite with multiple staircases that are hazardous and dangerous. The room’s ventilation system were afoul with smoke and other undesirable smells.
