Great location in Avignon, easy access to old city centre and many great eateries around... would have preferred a higher floor room if available

If you are traveling by car, parking is very inconvenient. It is next to the city gate and you have to drag your luggage all the way in. Next to it is the Pope's Palace. It is in the center of the old city and it is very convenient to visit the old city.

The location is really good. However, it says that parking is available, but it costs per 24 hours. And the location of the parking lot is ambiguous. ㅠㅠ One thing that is definitely good is that the location is really good. The photo is of the Avignon Cathedral in front of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is within walking distance to the main attractions of Avignon. There is a church next to it and many restaurants nearby. The overall accommodation is good. The view from the bed is very good. The only unhappy thing is that the middle-aged madame had a bad attitude when I left the hotel, which affected my mood early in the morning.

酒店的位置沒的説，絕佳！就在教皇宮旁邊。但酒店的設施和如家一個檔次，根本配不上四星級，撐死衹能給三星級。可能由於是老樓的原因，樓道極其狹窄昏暗。房間很小，沒有垃圾桶，衹有衞生間有一個迷你垃圾桶。連張像樣的桌子都沒有，衹有一個40cm的小桌台。沒有健身房和泳池。房間地板走起路來吱吱作響，生怕吵着鄰居。有中央空調，但是設定多少度吹出來的風都和外界温度一樣。沒有瓶裝水。最噁心的是，整理房間的服務員，每次都把我自己帶的洗漱用品弄得亂糟糟，有一次我的刮鬍刀甚至被拆開了，估計是服務員自己用了一下🤢

位置很好，就在教皇旁邊；靠近逛街之處；但飯店有點老舊，服務普通，房間有點小；清潔不是太好。且車輛開不過去；行李處理困難。

電力系統出問題,轉到另一家mercure,還行
