This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.

My room wasn't cleaned; I slept in a room someone had previously used, with worn sheets and towels. The receptionist gave me "the wrong room number."
