Nice and clean hotel in great location. Pool Is small and not any good for sunbathing as is mainly in shade. Good service and safe place to stay

The hotel has prime location. Compared to what you get it’s a little overpriced. Having said that I could stay there again. If you want very quiet hotel this is not for you. Bar music and AC makes it a bit noisy

Nice hotel in a Great location! The only thing is the elevator is so far and the spa is never open. Also it’s very expensive for what it actually is… you’re paying for a great location more than anything.

hi I have been here for two days What I was asking for 1 two bed separately in one room 2 one convenient room because my friend had broken his leg and what i got are 1 one big bed in room 2the room number is 3002 which is fastest Room in your resort First day I ask for the receptionist to help me change the room or change the bed ,she told me she can’t or I can cancel the booking at 23pm And she told me second day will help me to change The Second day I ask for other receptionist at 11am.I’m have been waiting there over 1hours .she is so rude and keep asking me to waiting .is she racist? I’m the first one to go reception and she can’t help me .and she always help other people after me？ its crazy ！！！ its not my fault i ask for two single bed,it’s A big resort in phuket And no one could help me solve this problem ???

Wonderful hotel. The staff was so friendly from the moment I checked in, which was really late at night. The room was really pretty and the pool which I had access to from my room was very clean and refreshing. Although, the person who went with me did cut their toe on a broken tile in the pool. The location of the hotel is very convenient and centrally located, walking distance from all the places we wanted to go and see.

It looked like a promising hotel first time I booked but...overpriced, poorly designed for the price. For short stays, you might end up with a room facing a wall. I usually had g isreat experiences all around Thailand but I got my lemon moment with this hotel with leaking airconditioning, close to a ringing elevator and with paper thin room entrance door it can get noisy.Tgat balcony facing a wall wouldn't be an issue but for a super king deluxe room? Disappointed but for the price.And, paid for breakfast but my room wasn't on the list , breakfast area is also very small, at check-in there was only 1 staffer as well. Basically the hotel needs to improve its management or bring down the room price. On a good note, the bed is comfortable and I was allowed a late check-out, 45 more minutes, although I had to beg for it. Lesson learned, will scratch this hotel from my list next time in Patong.

Good hotel on the first line. Despite the fact that it is located on the beach road, it is very quiet inside. The deluxe room is not big and not small. The staff understands English and is generally very friendly. In general, I recommend it.

The location is excellent, opposite the beach. The service is warm, smiling and attentive to every guest. It takes five minutes to walk to the busiest bar street, and there are many restaurants on the road. After the hotel was renovated, it was very clean and tidy

Excellent location: the beach is across the road (clean sand and clear water), everything is nearby: exchange offices, shops, restaurants, massage parlors, shopping arcades, shops, etc., Bangla Road is a 5-minute walk. The hotel does not have a very large area, but inside everything is very neat, clean and green. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the center of the infrastructure, it is very quiet. A great option for travelers without children👌🏻

Not recommended at all! Really super rubbish! No soundproofing! Also indiscriminate fees! Breakfast is also super poor!
