This nothing at wrong with this place and it is wonderful, for service, facilities, and the breaky in the morning was first class. Bedrooms are excellent, we had a choice of two, and this venue offers book to read, coffee anytime and a warm welcome for the hosts. First class in my book."

"The hotel is located inside the QUT KG campus, with restaurants BAR and woolies at the door. Parking is too expensive at 45 dollars a night. It is recommended to park on the street after 7 pm, it is free. The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable."

"A nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio."

"This is a good, clean hotel. The hotel management is incredibly hospitable, highly professional, and efficient, always quick to resolve any unexpected issues guests might encounter. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. All services advertised by the hotel are indeed provided. The hotel dining area offers complimentary 24/7 access to excellent coffee, sugar, milk, and cereal with raisins. It's a convenient 25-minute journey to the city center, and public transport runs reliably without delays. There's an artificial sandy beach right in the city center. For a change of scenery, a fantastic beach awaits in Gold Coast, just a 2-hour train ride away."

So, he is a genuine asset of the hostel. Besides, check in and check out are super fast and efficient. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. There is hot water in the basins with hand wash provided. Above the basin is a very big mirror, so you can do make-up in the bathroom. The shower's water pressure is high enough, and you can move the shower head freely. So, it's perfect for backpackers who want to take a good shower and refresh themselves. In the room, there are 2 electrical outlets on the bedside. So it's very convenient for charging your phone and using your laptop on the bed."

"I hope AI won't write for me! I found out that the room type I booked last time was different when I checked in this time. Although the bed was bigger, it was closer to the street and the noise was so loud that I almost couldn't sleep all night. The air conditioner was also very noisy but I couldn't turn it off. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. I packed up and went back to the room. I saw salt and pepper packets on the stove. I wanted to add some, but I was shocked when I took them out (see picture) and didn't dare to use them. The shower was very powerful but the shower curtain kept rubbing against me, maybe because the bathtub was very narrow. There was no ashtray on the balcony and the smoking ban was in place, which deserves praise."
