"The hotel is in the best location of the city: by the best beaches and at the same time in the heart of the city. Many restaurants and shops are a few meters away. There is also a grocery store in the building.
Most of the apartments overlook the indoor pool. You have to be careful with the ones that look outside, because some of them face a noisier main road. However, among these are also the best apartments that overlook the sea. Although there are restaurants below them, they are not too noisy.
The building has two floors. The disadvantage of the first floor is that guests leave in front of the terraces.
The apartments are well furnished and well insulated from the neighbors. You can even go to the beach in a bathing suit.
In the inner garden the beds are a bit tight, so there is no real privacy. 12 EU for two beds and a parasol on the beach."

"La habitación estaba limpia y muy completa.Por poner alguna pega la cama se movía un poco cuando te girabas,recomendaría algún tipo de anclaje al cabecero.Por lo demás todo correcto.
El chico de recepción muy simpático y atento.Recomendable si necesitas algo en el sur bien comunicado y lejos del bullicio de los bares."

"We loved the location and apartment. The apartment had great, thoughtful touches like a bottle of water chilling in the fridge and washing-up liquid and sponge under the sink.
The pool was fantastic and we loved hiring the fancy day beds around the pool.
The only thing we weren’t sold on was the small cafe/bar, it smelled like a grease and smoke. The iced coffee was lovely and the staff were fabulous. The cleaners were out every morning cleaning the entire pool area throroughly. We enjoyed the snooker table too for €1.50"

"We were kindly met, quickly arranged, told everything and carried out to the room. The room is excellent, two-level, with two bathrooms, with equipped kitchens, finely working air conditioners and a small balcony. Food is not provided. To the beach a couple steps up to one and 3 minutes up to the other. The hotel is the beginning (or completion) of a gold mile, so there are no problems with walking and shopping. Excellent place to stay!"

"A great hotel. There is everything for life. Washing machine with dryer in the common use zone. Basin on the roof. Room with spacious balconies, equipped with functional kitchen, there is a tub with a smooth board. If we come to the island again, we will only stop at this hotel"

GGunnarMy phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****

GGuest UserIt is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

GGuest UserI went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

GGuest UserClean space. Spacious .. wonderful staff. The beach next door needs a bit of a walk but marina del sur and everything with jet ski and proper beach is just a walk away! Lots of shops but need to know Spanish a bit.

GGuest UserA row house similar to a resort. The decoration is old, the sofa, furniture and bedding are old. The service is good. Overall, it is old but has everything it should have. What I am not satisfied with is the hygiene. There are sticky stains on the bedside table and the wall. You need to pay a deposit at the front desk for the air conditioner remote control before you can use the air conditioner. You can get the deposit back by returning the remote control after leaving the hotel.

GGuest UserLovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

Someone walking up and down to toilet regularly from about 1am then washed pans for about 15mins at 2am. Also up again running water for what seemed like ages at 4am I didn’t have earplugs so got no sleep . Appalling behaviour .
Light from hall / toilet brightens room and curtain not big enough to cover window .
