"The room was a decent size. With two 1.2-meter single beds pushed together, it was perfectly fine for a family of three with a child. What truly impressed me was that the bathroom also came with a huge bathtub. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, offering a variety of toiletries, a selection of bath salts in different scents, and even two types of granular hair treatment serum. That was a delightful surprise! I also picked up several packets of drip coffee and tea bags! There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs. The hotel is not far from the JR station; it's a short walk – just exit the East Gate, cross the street, and walk straight down the main road. It's also close to the fresh market and the fish market. I highly recommend the 12-piece seafood rice bowl at the fish market for 2200 yen!"

"I highly recommend this hotel. First, the amenities are brand new. The 4th-floor lobby has a sophisticated design and the coffee is fantastic, with a wide selection. The rooms are also spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Aomori Bridge. Plus, free capsule coffee is available. The executive corridor on the 6th floor is completely free. After soaking in the apple hot springs, I went upstairs for a glass of apple juice while enjoying the night view of Aomori. It was quite relaxing. As for the service, we left our hats at Sendai Airport, and the hotel staff proactively contacted the airport to let us pick them up on our return trip. The feeling of having found them was incredibly satisfying, and I'm so grateful! Getting around is also very convenient. The bus to Oirase stops right downstairs. A Factory, Nebuta House, and the Apple logo at Aomori are all nearby. You can't go wrong with this hotel."

"Overall, it was pretty good. The biggest highlight was definitely the communal area on the 13th floor, where you can enjoy hot springs, read comics, and get massages. The room wasn't very big, and it felt a bit cramped if you stayed in at night with nothing to do. It's better to head up to the 13th floor for some relaxation and entertainment, and only return to the room when it's time to sleep. Another thing I noticed was the understaffing; from check-in to housekeeping, everything was largely self-service."

"So satisfied with our stay! 5 mins walk from station, food options nearby. Lobby is at L3, lobby is big and LOTS of amenities provided! Including bed room Slippers! Love the room size too! More than enough space to open our 3 big luggages. Toilet and bath area are separated. Stayed at the MYSTAYS in tokyo and didnt expect anything. But was really surprised at this location!Really really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely be back!!"

"Though it may not be very near the bus terminal/ train station, it was very convenient for us to walk to the bus terminal/train station every morning which was near the Tourist Information Centre, Aomori City. As for the hotel room, it was very comfortable and the breakfast spread was substantial indeed. Would I still book a room in JAL CITY AOMORI when I next visit Aomori? YES, I certainly would! It’s still the BEST location for me to visit the places around the vicinity. There is indeed SO MUCH to see around the hotel. The A-FACTORY is one of the FUN places of interest in AOMORI. YAY!"

"Aomori City was experiencing a terrible snowfall that day, so we arrived about two hours later than planned. We contacted them while driving to inform them that we would be delayed, and finally arrived much later than planned, driving through the heavy snow, but the response and consideration of the front desk staff was heartwarming."

"I thought that 1km from the station would be a comfortable distance, but if you walk in the wind and snow in winter, it will be completely different. It really looks far away, and the service is very good.The hotel offers free apple juice in the lobby, which is also a local specialty."
