"The hotel is not in the old town of Annecy, in the other direction of the bus station, more biased. However, it’s not bad to stroll along the river from the back of the hotel. At check-in, the front desk will be a great place to introduce the famous sights of Annecy and provide a variety of promotional brochures. The early mail greeted the hotel and reserved a room with a balcony. The room was small, but the balcony felt very spacious. The room facilities are too simple and not suitable for families. In addition, the quality of the hotel's breakfast is too general, not delicious, the child is considered to be the worst of all hotels in Europe. However, this American hotel chain can be understood."

"Small clean hotel in central location. When I went to breakfast there was a huge crowd, no food and nowhere to sit. Eventually more food came and seating freed up. The hotel staff seemed unable to cope with the volume of people and did not attempt to manage it. Otherwise fine but this spoilt my stay somewhat."

GGuest UserThe family-style apartment is so convenient. If you are not used to the food, you can buy instant food and heat or cook it yourself. There are two rooms, a living room and a kitchen, which is very convenient. It is more than 100 meters away from the station, which is very convenient. The town of Annecy is within walking distance. Lake Annecy is very beautiful. The hotel is very nice and provides homemade scones, which are not bad.

The location on the app was incorrect, it brought me to the police station. Then I found out it was about 300 meters away.

GGuest UserThe room is very new and very close to the gare. It is just uphill and around the corner. There is a large complex nearby with a large Monoprix supermarket. Alipay is accepted. This is very convenient for people who are traveling abroad.
The front desk speaks fluent English. There are many British and American guests here, so there is no need to worry about the language.
The only thing to note is that the hotel is right above the train station. The train passing by is a bit noisy, and there will be bass roar and vibration in the room. Those who sleep well need to pay attention

VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

陆陆The location is good, very close to the surrounding paid parking lot, not far from the lake and the city on foot. The room is not big and the settings are complete, but the hygiene aspect needs to be strengthened. I opened the quilt and saw a lot of hair. I called the front desk to confirm. Finally, she brought a clean set and asked herself to change it. The same is the breakfast at the Mercure Hotel. Avignon is not a little bit better than this one. Don't expect too much for this breakfast, just have a full meal.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.
