"The room wasn't large, the bathroom was even smaller, and the shower room was even smaller. Shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer were provided, but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Other hygiene services and breakfast were good. Luggage storage was available for free, and the elevator required a room card for security. Parking was available in the hotel's underground garage, but not free. There were many restaurants and bubble tea shops nearby, and a Uniqlo and Miniso were opposite the hotel. It was also very close to the subway station, which was quite convenient."

"The hotel is very attractively furnished, classic but modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is very large, you really have room and feel not intact. Even that the toilet is separate from the shower in a side room is absolutely top! The details of the church windows and the top-modern service with touch panel for light, stores etc. are really thoughtful -- a great praise for it!
The bar next to it is also just something I can recommend to everyone. Also, as a guest of the hotel you can get directly from the bar to the lobby -- perfect for a slummer drink!
The only small deduction is the location, is something outside and for the old town you need 20 minutes a foot. But this is clear before you book the hotel.
In general, absolutely a heart recommendation!"

Luggage storage is available, and they put your bags in a room only they can access, giving you a number, so it's very secure, no doubts at all. If I come back, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Very cute little hotel, I really like the front desk here. The ladies and men are very friendly and chat. Go to the old city, go to the lake, go to the train station, bus station, very close, on the commercial street. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady marked on the map and told us which cheese hot pot was delicious, which apple won the award, and where to rent a bicycle. The next day at the hotel, the front desk man also chatted with us and taught us several expressions of goodbye in French.
Love this small hotel so much! The room also has a balcony, clean and tidy, and the bathing place is indeed cramped.
Sorry, it took so long to comment, the room photo was not taken, Anasi was so beautiful! Definitely worth going!"

The bakery attached to the hotel is divine (you can get a really hearty breakfast there), the staff is lovely, everything is clean, and the location is truly within walking distance.
Two minor details that didn't spoil our stay: the heating in the hallways was very high, and the view of the lake wasn't exceptional.
Another detail I greatly appreciated: the water fountain with mini glass water bottles, saving us from having to buy water outside or refill it from the taps in the room."

Anonymous UserHad a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Annecy Centre. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the old town and main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Annecy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essential facilities. Having the extra space and amenities of an aparthotel made the stay even more convenient.
The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, always ready to assist and making the overall experience smooth and welcoming.
Overall, a great choice for Annecy, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.

The room is very spacious and very clean. The window is a landmark attraction. The restaurant downstairs is very delicious and the location is excellent.
The only downside may be that there is no supply of shower caps, slippers, toothbrushes, and the like. Of course, it is normal for a Samsung hotel to not provide it. The price is definitely much more expensive than normal Samsung, but we all love Anasi, like the lake, or like to stay there for one night, everything is worth it.

I stayed for two nights!
It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.
The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks.
The front desk staff were cheerful and kind!
The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

From the room facilities and service to the breakfast, the Royal Palace Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The staff were friendly, resolved issues promptly, and were very efficient. They also provided a complimentary valet service, which was likely a result of communication with Ctrip. (The price on the website at the time of booking differed from the actual price.)

We didn't like it here.
The building is located above the railroad tracks. You can feel every train passing by every hour since 5 a.m.
The bed linens are hard.
Our room was littered with a bunch of random objects and someone's cap in the closet.
The breakfast was delicious and varied.
The parking entrance was very narrow. We had to fold our car mirrors.
The staff all seemed like it was their first day on the job. I was especially impressed by the cleaner in the lobby who spent an hour scrubbing 2.5 square meters—he wasted no time at work and didn't even clean anything. He didn't even pick up the pancakes someone dropped on the floor.
The location is good relative to the city center. The towels are clean and soft.

Guest UserIt is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

I booked this hostel because of its many positive reviews, but it was definitely overrated 😅 First, as a hostel, not providing towels, shampoo, or shower gel is somewhat acceptable, but there's no option to buy them either. The real problem is, there wasn't even a hairdryer! With my long hair, I had to use the hand dryer in the public restroom 😅 Second, the dorm only had a shower, no toilet. You had to leave the room to use the toilet, and the showerhead was a push-button type, which was very inconvenient. Besides, there were no power outlets by the beds; everyone in the dorm shared two outlets. The signal in the rooms was extremely weak, and there was only Wi-Fi in the common areas, which was often unusable. With all these basic amenities missing, they still offered free breakfast… I'm speechless. As for transportation, although there's a bus down the mountain, it only runs once an hour and stops running around 8 PM, so I was forced to hike back from the city center for half an hour every day. The only advantages were the low price, the beautiful scenery, and the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Overall, if you can accept these shortcomings, I would still recommend it.
