"The room is very new and very close to the gare. It is just uphill and around the corner. There is a large complex nearby with a large Monoprix supermarket. Alipay is accepted. This is very convenient for people who are traveling abroad.
The front desk speaks fluent English. There are many British and American guests here, so there is no need to worry about the language.
The only thing to note is that the hotel is right above the train station. The train passing by is a bit noisy, and there will be bass roar and vibration in the room. Those who sleep well need to pay attention"

**Location:** Situated on the edge of Annecy's Old Town, the hotel is conveniently located right next to Annecy train station and a large shopping center. The Old Town is just a quick 6-minute walk away. To reach it, exit the hotel, head up the slope to your left, cross the street, and turn right. You'll find a small platform; descend the stairs, walk through another hotel, and past some charming street-side shops to arrive in the Old Town.
**Hotel Facilities & Room:** The hotel lobby connects to the restaurant. Inside, self-service machines offer complimentary coffee, milk, and tea, along with a continuous supply of hot water. The lounge area is equipped with board games and an electronic piano. Further back, there's a fitness area and a sauna. During specific times, free ice cream is also provided, which is a delightful surprise for children!
We booked a one-bedroom apartment for three people. This apartment features a sofa bed in the living room and a small kitchenette. The bedroom boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, and higher floors even come with small balconies. The toilet and bathroom are separate spaces.
**Highlights:** The free beverage area in the lobby, particularly the uninterrupted supply of hot drinking water, is a huge advantage for Chinese guests who prefer hot water, making it far superior to other hotels of the same caliber in France. The fully equipped kitchen in the room, complete with pots and pans, was a lifesaver for preparing our own meals. The bedroom and living area have a soft divider, providing excellent privacy.
**Drawbacks:** The parking fee is quite expensive at 16 euros per day. Without prior notification at the front desk, cars cannot enter the hotel's dedicated parking. Guests must first park in the adjacent shopping center parking lot (30 minutes free, no overnight parking allowed) and can only access the hotel's private parking after checking in and obtaining the access code. We booked two rooms simultaneously but they couldn't be arranged together. The separate toilet room lacks a hand basin, requiring guests to use the one in the bathroom.

It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.
The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks.
The front desk staff were cheerful and kind!
The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

GGuest UserThis hotel is a very pleasant surprise. It was my first visit to Annecy. We stayed here for 5 nights. There is an affordable public parking garage connected to the hotel. The hotel is within just a few minutes walk to the old-town of Annecy where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. And on certain days of the week, there is a massive farmers' market right behind the hotel, and it stretches all the way to the town center. Excellent cafes, and boulangeries are all within 2-3 minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay at this hotel again in our next trip to the area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and some have balconies. We got 2 rooms, one with a balcony, although they are the same price. The guests are quiet, even though it was pretty full when we stayed.

GGuest UserDid not know they had a washer/dryer on premises under 3rd last night there. I was able to use coins to pay but for some reason the tap to pay would not accept my credit card. All other pay stations in Italy and France did so it might be something on the machine itself. Fortunately I had coins.

VVenosThe hotel is overlooking Annecy's lake. At it's front door, it seems like we are way deep in the forest and yet we were barely 10 minutes away from the city. The staff is very sweet and professional. We are travelling with our 1 year old he got cute attention from the team at breakfast. Feeling that the hole family is included is priceless. These 2 nights were welcomed rest and relaxation. Thank you to all the staff members that made this gateway a pleasurable one for us!

GGuest UserThe hotel I stayed at this time was very clean throughout, and the cleaning was thorough and thorough, so I was able to stay comfortably. The room facilities were simple, but had everything I needed, and I felt safe. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no clear partition between the shower and the toilet, so the entire bathroom floor got wet when I took a shower. I think it would be more comfortable if I brought beach sandals or something. The water pressure was a little weak, but the shower function was sufficient and I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced. The hotel's location was also very good, with good access to tourist spots, restaurants, the station, and anywhere else. Although it was in a quiet area, it was easy to get around, so I felt it was very convenient as a base for sightseeing. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

MMensitelidongyiMercure Hotel is in a good location, about four or five hundred meters from the train station. It is very close to the old town for 5 minutes and two minutes from the church. The hotel can't live in a special multi-person room now for two people. Room facilities are good and quite satisfactory.

GGuest UserExcellent studio apartment, great location near Annecy. Check in was smooth, parking was extra fee but very reasonably priced. The apartment was plenty for our stay cooked breakfast and evening meal.
Bit of noise from the road but it didn't bother us.
Totally recommend and if we come back to Annecy we would definitely stay here again 😊

In the hotel carton walls, everything is heard as neighbors cough, write, talk, at night if someone leaves the room, the door clapping sounds like the beginning of the 3rd world. Choose only from the price. The staff is welcome, we were called by a taxi when the cleaner refused to go there. In general, for his money, okay

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly, quite good breakfast with a view. Room is quite small for 4 ppl, only has 2 sockets, the shower cubicle is inside the room and it only has a button to press for the water. But I had great roommates which made the experience positive.
