"I had a pleasant stay at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Clark. The hotel delivers solid value with modern interiors, clean and spacious rooms, and a well-maintained property overall. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and ample toiletries.
The location is convenient—close to Clark International Airport, SM City Clark, and a number of restaurants and shops. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet, making for a restful stay.
The staff were courteous and helpful, especially at the front desk and restaurant. I appreciated the daily breakfast buffet, which had a decent variety of Filipino and Western options, although the food could be replenished faster during peak hours.
The pool and gym were nice bonuses, though a bit small for larger crowds. Wi-Fi was generally reliable, though slightly spotty in some areas of the hotel.
Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for business travelers or families looking for comfort and accessibility near Clark."
"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire hotel team for making our stay truly memorable. Your warm hospitality, attentiveness, and dedication to service exceeded our expectations. Every detail — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the courteous smiles at the front desk — made us feel valued and at home. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment. We look forward to returning and will happily recommend your hotel to friends and family."
"It was a nice hotel except for the neighborhood. There are many nightclubs and bars close by and so it’s hard to sleep at night due to the loud music. But the staff are ready to help with carrying your luggages."
"It's livable. There's hot water, a TV, and a refrigerator. There's a safe. Two or more fairies may require an extra charge for a wire. It's located a little further from the center. Jeeps are constantly running; the ride is 13 pesos. There's a massage parlor and a 7/11 nearby. There's no window, so I occasionally opened the door to freshen the air. But it's quiet, no cars or roosters. The staff is friendly."

"Booked my studio room for 3 nights. My room is modern and clean. Shout out to Jen for the hospitality she showed me during my stay. She helped me find a transportation going to my appointment and going to the airport also. They also responds to my request immediately. One of the best studio rooms in town. "
"I booked this hotel as a special gift to celebrate my sister’s graduation, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. She had worked so hard to reach this milestone, and I wanted to give her a relaxing, memorable experience. From the moment she arrived, she was impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and comfortable accommodations. The staff made her feel welcomed and valued, and the amenities exceeded her expectations. She especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. It was exactly the kind of getaway she needed after her studies, and she truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture."
"I liked my stay at this hotel. The staff were great. The room was clean and quite. The fridge is stocked with good prices. The room has its own WiFi router. The Agave restaurant is good with a patio for people watching. It is right on their walking street and close to everything including the mall. I would stay there again anytime."
"Water pressure was good and hot. Aircon was also great. Location is fine with a decent distance from walking street. The pool is awkward as it’s in the middle of all the rooms and at a very close proximity."

Amazing
GGuest UserMy girlfriend says the bed was very seductive! We also loved the Aqua and the beverages there, too! We even spotted a mermaid swimming in the Aqua moats!
10 stars minus 1 star because there was no Netflix on the TV. My girlfriend said, ”I remember when we stayed at Fields Plaza, and they had Netflix and Youtube on the tv!
JJohnny1974My regular choice in Angeles. The old school hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool. The hotel restaurant serves good food. This time only the waitress disappointed by requesting to show her ID when paying the lunch bill by a bank card (and that from a hotel guest!!!): Visa and MC strictly prohibit merchants to demand ID from customers, but the Phils live in their own legal environment...
AAnonymous UserSpacious and well-maintained rooms make for a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast is a letdown—served cold with limited options. Despite this, the hotel remains a solid choice for business travelers thanks to its quiet alley location, offering a peaceful environment near Clark.
TTALAL MOHAMMAD HUSSEINYThis hotel is great since the location is ideal. Walking distance from red street yet it is not that noisy since it is about 800 meters away. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The pool is nice for swimming but small. The wifi is fast and almost everything was perfect. The only two bad things is that there is not hot water which is strange for such a hotel and the window location is not ideal.
Ppandy1130It is very convenient to live in the pedestrian street, which is about ten to 15 minutes away. Although it is very dark at night, you will not be very worried when you walk in. If you live here, the wifi is not very good.
DDavidThis place is right in the front of walking street. Out the door and down the stairs and your on walking street. Exactly what I was looking for in my stay. They even helped me get a taxi to the airport meeting me outside the door. Great time and it was clean everyday. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Fields palace hotel.
GGuest UserThe room is clean and well-maintained, but they don’t clean it without my explicit request.
Their restaurant offers reasonable prices for breakfast, but the most expensive steak breakfast is disappointing. The steak is thin and hard, despite my request for medium-rare. It was cooked well-done instead.
I plan to return in March or around that time.
張張JinThe location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy things. The service staff are also very friendly. The room is also very comfortable. There will be no noise disturbance when sleeping. I will stay here again next time.
GGuest UserHi
Hotel staff were friendly and location was very close to city hot spots so it was convention from this point.
Unfortunately, from the point of sanitary it was unacceptable at all. The room receives 2 out of 10. Room was full of cockroaches running up and down. In room was full of small bugs and some flying insects similar to mosquitoes that bitten us all only 1 night stay.
In the app when we booked this hotel it clearly said there is a pool while pool were under repair, as receptionistclaimed. In this time of year a hotel without pool, in Angles city, is half price that we paid you.
All photos of hotel room seems fake. I guess either photos are fake or are for years ago when hotel were in good condition and had running pool. Now those photo never represent now May 2025 as we stayed there.
What I saw it was not pool under repair it was an abandoned pool that is totally neglected.
Please try to be more honest with customer.
Honesty is the most precious things that all business needs to create loyal lasting connection.
That place was horrible. Cockroaches were marching all the room. We were there 1 night only and you are asking how that place is when we left there. We did not take any photo but you can go and see their rooms.
Other than name of hotel all other things were not at a level to ba called hotel. Their photos I guess are for over 30 years ago.
Thanks
