GGuest UserThe room was clean and had a beautiful arched window but the air con was useless and as there was a heat wave this made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, they were unable to provide ice cubes which seemed bizarre given their star rating. Finally, confusion over pricing. 18 euros for breakfast and 9 euros for parking but room directory says 13 and 6. Updating a room directory is hardly difficult. So service needs to be improved.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from Gare de Vichy. Close to the city center park, Opéra and other areas, not too far from several major attractions. There are fewer vehicles and pedestrians near the hotel at night and it is very quiet at night. There is almost no public transportation around, but the city is not too big, walking is the main way. The hotel's bistrot is good (sighs for dinner, about 1520 euros). Overall Ibis is recommended.
