Best Allahabad Hotels

I recently stayed at the legend prayagraj and had a mostly pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. However, i unfortunately lost a small pouch containing artificial jewelry during my stay. Despite multiple inquiries with the hotel staff, it was not found or returned, which was quite disappointing. While this incident did put a damper on my experience. I would advise guests to be extra cautious with their belongings.

We move a lot to find this hotel the room is nice but the price of the room is to expeny the food is also very expensive there

Location : very close to railway station. Located in a neat and clean posh and quite area. Food: hotel needs to improve their breakfast spread. They can avoid making poha and up-ma because their chef has no idea how to make it. They should rather serve local allahabad dishes. Their kitchen closed at 11 pm with last order at 10:30 pm. On 29th night, we struggled connecting with room service / reception at 10 pm. Communication lines (intercom) were not working. No response on mobile as no one was there at reception. Finally managed to go down in my night suit at 10:20 pm, caught hold of a random staff who was kind enough to provide us 2 glasses of hot milk. Some of the stuff in breakfast was very good- aaloo parathas, poori bhaji etc. Amenities: wifi was not working throughout our stay. Intercom lines went down every now and then. Untrained staff for housekeeping - multiple requests had to be made for basic requirements in the room services: courteous staff / helpful to quite an extent. The hotel did not have a single lady staff for a better appreciation of the requirements of female guests. Ample parking inside the compound as well as outside the hotel. Special mention : mr. Z aid was extremely helpful. A very soft spoken and courteous staff, who was a student pursuing his studies as well as working in hotel.

Rooms are very clean and staff is very co-operative. Location is nearby to Triveni Sangam. Very Good Hotel to stay in Prayagraj.

Short Family trip to Mahakumbh was made memorable by Hotel KANHA Shyam. Great service and food was delicious. When I fell sick, they also provided lemonade and khichadi. Fantastic customer service!

Room we booked was for royal room but we were given luxury room. At the time of check it was not informed in reception that in royal room separate bed facility is not available so they gave luxury room just by saying we are giving luxury room without informing issue in royal room. It was later when we enquired they told us that as separate bed facility is not available so that have given this room. We had no choice as we have already paid the amount so we took luxury room. Also no dormitory facility available for drivers. Service is also very slow. Even some facilities like place to keep soap/shampoo during bathing not available. No much variety in breakfast. Had stayed in big hotels compared to it will rate very low. We have not clicked pics but approx. Representation pics of room are given in level 3
