RRochelleWe had a lovely time at Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay. The host family were very welcoming. We were away from our families during Christmas but they made us feel like we were part of theirs.
The room has a romantic atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded by far.
The moon sets right outside the window with a telescope on the balcony for those who are brave enough to face the cold morning outside.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the Xinjiang milk tea which was sent up to the room so that we could enjoy the scenery while eating.
We would definitely recommend this Homestay to couples.
You will not regret your stay.
For some the price might seem steep but the hospitality and atmosphere is priceless - definitely worth it! ❄️☺️

GGuest UserThe location is super good, the room is super big ~ there is a faint fragrance, clean and tidy, you can also see the Burqin Bridge. The hotel staff responded quickly when encountering difficulties. Thank you very much for the help of Jiaqi at the front desk! Cute and considerate ~ The breakfast is also rich and delicious, and a souvenir was given when checking out. I will definitely visit again!

AAnonymous UserStanding on the terrace outside the house, you can take pictures of the snow-capped mountains. The roof is high, the space is very strong, and the birch forest is opposite the road. Large-capacity electric water heater, two people take a bath is enough. The boss is very nice, warm and thoughtful.

GGuest UserKeketuohai Town is surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides, with unique scenery, like a paradise, and convenient transportation. The hotel is in a good location, 300 meters away from the No. 3 mine. The parent-child room we stayed in was spacious, and the snow-capped mountains were visible from the window. The hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The hotel's cancellation policy is very friendly, and it is very convenient for us to adjust our itinerary. The waiter Alin and the housekeeper Buli provide excellent service. The hotel restaurant is a major feature. In such a remote mountain town, there are authentic Cantonese cuisine, which is deeply loved by children. There are many types of breakfast, taking into account the tastes of China, the West, the South and the North. My child doesn't want to go downstairs for breakfast, so I take some breakfast upstairs every day. The noodle stall chef Wen is very considerate and helps me arrange it. The other service staff are also good and the communication is smooth. The hotel's small robot often helps deliver things to the door of the room, which is very convenient. If there is a slight need for improvement, it is that the floor heating is a bit hot and can't be lowered. We have to open the window to cool down every day. Overall, I am very satisfied, recommended, and I will stay here next time.

The view from the window of the B&B restaurant is also very good. It's very comfortable to sit in the courtyard and in front of the restaurant window. The service is also very good. I contacted them the day before I went there. They sent me the precautions and how to take the bus. In addition, the restaurant food is also very delicious (Guangdong people), except that the price of the scenic spot is a little higher. There is no disadvantage! But if the scenic spot is the same price, it is definitely the first choice!

Surroundings: The hotel's exterior looks like a small Switzerland, super beautiful, see pictures
Room facilities: Beautiful, clean and well designed. The electric heater is very warm and it is not cold at all at night.
Restaurant: The chef at dinner cooked delicious dishes, and we went back to the hotel for dinner every night. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm on the first day. The chef worked overtime and waited for us to arrive before cooking. It was so considerate.
Breakfast: The breakfast included in the room rate could be richer. The coffee and snacks we ordered were very good. Thank you to the chef for working overtime early in the morning on the first day to make delicious brown sugar rice cakes for us. Unfortunately, there were too many customers the next day and we couldn't order snacks, but we could still order coffee. The latte tasted very fragrant and the milk was very pure.

I was lucky to see the snow scenery of Altay. The yard of the B&B is already very beautiful. I felt the warmth of the floor heating as soon as I entered the door. It was so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. If you have any needs, just contact the customer service. They responded very promptly and were considerate little housekeepers of the B&B. When I got up in the morning, the surrounding area was already very beautiful, with white snow everywhere. It was very convenient to eat and drink nearby. The overall supporting facilities were very complete. I have to choose here next time! !

It was my first time to visit Keketuohai. I stayed at this B&B and it was clear from the interior design that the owner was very attentive! The atmosphere created by the colorful chandeliers is very warm, and the carpets and pillows with ethnic patterns are very local. When the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped peaks and pure snow scenery. It is very beautiful🥹 It's like being in a painting. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also very convenient to go to the ski resort, which is very suitable for those who want to experience skiing! The living facilities are also complete.
