"As a one-night stopover hotel, it is OK. It is clean and tidy. For parking, you can pay (currently $20 per night) to park in the basement, or find a free parking lot on the roadside or in a nearby shopping mall parking lot. There is a 24-hour McDonald's 2 minutes away, and the hotel also has a restaurant where you can order Western food. The breakfast has very few varieties and is not worth $30 per person."
"Good location. Very close to the town center. Quiet facilities are relatively new. There is a corresponding elevator on each floor. The parking lot is downstairs. Very good. Suitable for self-driving travel."
"Location not bad, cleanliness was good especially as the premises are really in need of updating, it is looking rather tired especially in the bathroom. Service from reception and restaurant staff was excellent. Overall we had a pleasant stay, however our expectation of staying there was higher then what we actually got."
"Thank you so much for Renee. She really helpful and wonderful nice lady. The gentleman staff in the morning, he is very nice too. Only 1 thing missing, no hand soap at kitchen. Actually, this is a great apartment hotel."
"I like motels the most. Although the rooms are a little small, they have refrigerators, microwaves, and toasters. We had to leave early the next day, and the staff brought us breakfast in the evening, including milk, bread, jam, cheese, and cereals. We could heat them up the next day."
"Everything is good except that the body wash, shampoo did not top up. In the end, all family just use water to rinse our body as the reception already closed"
"Chinese boss. The room was cleaned very cleanly, and the sheets and quilts were the same as the new ones. But the roof of my room heard banging from time to time, making me sleepless all night. I don't know the situation in other rooms. "
"The service is average . Check in/out is straightforward, although the auto checkout didn't seem to work.
We arrived late (8:00PM ) , had to walk to the town to have dinner as the hotel restaurant closed.
As to the facility - the beds are a bit too soft and extra third sofa bed simply not usable. There is a swimming pool, but closed at 10:00 - my kids was lucky enough to play there for 10 minutes.
Saying that , the location is good - close to the town center, and importantly , next to Tesla super charger ( with 16+ plugs !)."
"The Cp value is high, suitable for self-driving families as a rest stop between Sydney and Melbourne. The location is moderate, right in the historic area, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby."

Very Good
CCuiAmyThis was a good option for a motel as we wanted to break up our trip with our 2-year-old to drive less. The location was perfect in terms of access from the motorway and getting around on foot once we arrived (nice park on one side, the amenities (restaurants, shops) on the other). The staff (including owners) was really helpful in any respect and the room (while typically simple for a motel) was comfortable. If we were to come to or through Albury again, we would consider the Albury Regent again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the highway. It is very convenient to drive by. The hotel yard is very large and the guest rooms are very clean. The bed in the hotel is relatively large. The steak in the restaurant in the hotel is delicious. I recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe location is within walking distance from town centre. The cost of stay is value for money too. The Inn itself is quite well managed and the facilities are good & enough to short stay. If they have appropriate pest control, it can make our stay perfect.
AAllenStuartArrived around 7 PM , got confused with the lake hume resort unaware the discovery holiday park was close by
Perhaps a prominent large sign is needed as you approach Lake Hume ..
Lighting around Reception & boom gates at night could be vastly improved as well as in the discovery park itself otherwise it would have been hard to find our intended Cabin (11)
Cabin sliding door at cabin 11 was really hard to unlock & close ( esp when arriving at night )
accomodation itself was very good , clean & comfortable , heating was very good
metal dining tables were hard & cold to sit on
Lovely lake & hilly mountain views are a attraction & good appeal to the discovery park
PPenelope JaneThe hotel is decent, a bit overpriced for what it is but overall a good experience. Nothing special as far as the room goes but comfortable and quiet.
爱爱吃玉米的sumiFrom Canberra to Melbourne, it takes 7 hours, so I booked a motel to rest after passing through Albury and experience this kind of life abroad. I do n’t know because it is National Day in Australia during this time, and summer vacation During this period, we went to the hotel at about 8pm, and it was difficult to find something to eat. Many shops were closed ... Then the hotel had to check in before 7:30. I called in advance and the landlord was fine. Still leave me a room, just leave the key with me.
But it ’s really very few people. There are only 2 rooms in the whole hotel, which is quite quiet, but the security is OK, in Australia!
MMichael DavidA no nonsense motel, clean and comfortable beds, part of a the hotel and bar, good food, pleasant staff. I think most of the rooms had a bath! Very close to the Lavington Centre and other outlets. Good for one or two nights
LLamDerekThis motel is well located just a couple of minutes off the freeway. Motel is quite old and the rooms are worned off, so, do not be surprised with a rather soft mattress that dip in the middle. Room is clean and spacious with all the essentials.
GGuest UserAfter running all the way, I finally met the Chinese compatriots. They were warm and hospitable and gave us a lot of help. Under the guidance of the boss, we also bought n95 masks in this small town. I was very happy. I was not used to eating Western food. The family of the boss made it for us Authentic Chinese food, tomato, egg, rice, and home-made lamb soup. The motel accommodation is also very good, clean, hygienic, convenient to go, the town is beautiful, it is recommended to stay
DDrew GorIs a very convenience location, but our rooms air conditioning is not working at all feels like sauna. We turned it on at around 6pm until 2am can feel a bit of cool air.
The back glass door is super insecure and feel no privacy.
No instructions for us to drop off the keys,..
