"Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller.
Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity."

"I booked room for 2 adults and 1 kid 10 years old and right from day 1 hotel staff said kid can not stay in superior room.i was given room saying I will be told if any extra payment is required but no one told anything untill chkout when I was asked to pay MUR 3000 extra for kid stay while I did not ask for extra bed or brkfast for kid bcoz as per booking voucher same was not applicable.when I refused to make extra payment I was threatened of police action as if I am a thief.this is not the way customer should b treated.also seems there was communication gap on part of trip.com to pass on booking requirements."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely recommend the place! The people are so friendly and helpful! Carried our suitcases up, extra eggs were given with breakfast! Helpful and even access to laundry and things. Will definitely recommend them. So nice and peaceful there with no disturbance 😊"

"這個酒店硬件普通吧，感覺不值千元RMB。
離商場很近，旁邊一應俱全，周邊的路很好。可以看到印度洋的落日。圖中是我在房間窗口實拍的。
但是有兩個我覺得設計的比較奇葩的點：
1、浴室是部分無遮擋的玻璃設計，在外面的人可以透過玻璃看到裏面淋浴的人，對於帶娃的我，覺得有點尷尬，情侶可以忽略
2、廁所燈浴室燈是關不了的，衹能通過拔房卡斷房間電來實現關燈，很通透不關燈是沒有辦法入睡的。
關於這兩點，我覺得是存在着bug的，我認為應該有解決辦法，所以我兩次都打過電話和reception確認，這兩點酒店都回復所有房間都是一樣的，並不是單個房間的問題。
但是工作人員真是很好，他們幫我們訂車，幫我解決問題，都很熱情友好。"

"The hotel is in ebene, similar to the high-tech park, it is convenient to the office, the hotel breakfast is OK, there is not a gym, but the facilities are more practical. "A very decent hotel with a beautiful territory surrounded by greenery, a beach across the road.
Noise from the nearest bars, as they wrote in the reviews, was not heard, despite the fact that the vacation fell on holidays (Abolition Day on February 1 and Chinese New Year on February 8). If you are looking for the principle of price-quality, then you will not find better."
