"The cleanliness, the room, and the service made for a great experience at the hotel. I had a restful sleep. I wish they could provide some basic amenities like a cup for brushing, a brush, and bedroom slippers. Water is not free, either; it's $3.00 for non-members. Otherwise, it has been a good stay!"
"Stopped for one night on the way to Yosemite to San Francisco on the west coast of the United States. A very good choice to visit San Francisco directly the next day. The conditions and environment are very good, very clean, the room is very large and the cost performance is very high. It is much better than the hotel in San Francisco. The surrounding area of the hotel is very safe and there are no homeless people. The American breakfast is also very good. It is a good accommodation experience and I will come again next time."

"The impression should be a hotel that is more beautiful in this trip. Whether it is health, location, parking, it is good early, and it is close to the outlets. The outlets in San Francisco are especially recommended. The only thing is to feel the attitude, not warm, a little cold."

Great
BbyudgThe room is large, the bed is quite comfortable to sleep on, the lights are adequate and there are many switches, and charging is very convenient. There is also a warm spray bottle to help you fall asleep and spray it on the pillow to help you sleep well.
There is a warm fireplace at the front desk of the hotel and a heated swimming pool in the gym. I went swimming for half an hour in the morning. The water was slightly cold, but it was very enjoyable.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate, so there is no experience.
There is a burger shop next to it. There are some places to eat within 4-5 minutes of driving, which is very convenient. The Tesla factory is nearby, but I regret not making a reservation to visit.
Hotel parking is $10 a night. There are charging piles in the parking lot, but they are always occupied, so we drove to the fast charging station in Walmart to charge.
The hotel charged me a few dollars for the Internet access. I wonder if one of us pressed an upgrade button by mistake. I checked with the front desk and he helped me apply for cancellation with the finance department, but the service fee of more than 1 yuan cannot be canceled. The handling was fairly efficient and friendly, and I was very satisfied!
The hotel deposit is US$75 in advance.
GGuest UserWe rent a car for our 8 days family travel to Berkeley. The holiday inn provides free parking, and this is the most important customer service of our decision to select this hotel.
The front-desk staff is helpful. In the public parking lot of fisherman's wharf, it costs 10 dollars for one-hour parking.
The breakfast is free and a good complimentary service for all customers.
The laundry machine is located at the first floor and very convenient for family travel customers.
The only thing is that I had got to find a good time to use this machine or spend hours in waiting.
In total, we enjoyed a good stay at this hotel.
AAxel VaterRooms are spacious and clean. However heating is loud. Great view of San Francisco and Golden Gate. Staff are attentive.
The hotel generally could need some facelift. Furthermore, the breakfast room was chilly every day so that I started wearing as many layers as possible. Coffee was disappointing, but breakfast omeletts were great. So was the tuna tartar by night.
RRachel KayThe lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.
GGuest UserThe room is still relatively large, there is direct drinking water, the coffee machine is also very clean, at least no scale, the only downside is that the small shampoo at the time of check-in is half, it is estimated that the staff forgot to replace it, because they have their own shampoo. These can be ignored. The hotel is close to the street. The hotel has specially prepared ears. Serving. Breakfast is simple, but you can eat enough, coffee is better to drink and there are several yogurts. The staff is very warm. The surrounding is more lively, the restaurant supermarket is very close. Recommended
MMINGIt is a cost-effective hotel choice in this area. La Quinta also has the quality assurance of management, and will continue to consider staying next time.
TTomoyaI stayed here to visit UC Berkeley. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the facilities were clean and it was quiet at night, so I had a very comfortable stay.
MMINGIn Auckland, not far from Oracle Stadium, surrounded by graffiti.
🚗 Traffic: Convenient,
🍃 Environment: General, old facilities
🔔 Service: OK, breakfast is too simple. Suitable for passing by.
