"The hotel's room facilities are just average, similar to the domestic all-seasons or above. The room is equipped with the most basic toothbrush, the shower is very average, and the hot water is unstable, but the scenery of the hotel is really good. The shopping mall is downstairs, and the hotel's dedicated elevator can go directly to it. The infinity pool is also good. Opposite the hotel is the famous Four Seasons Hotel, which definitely has better scenery, but the price is expensive, more than three times that of this hotel. I think the breakfast is not bad. The scenery of the breakfast room is also good, located on the first floor. In addition to the gym, there is also a laundry room and a swimming pool on the second floor. The main window is dedicated to the scenery area. The overall service is still good."

"The hotel was extremely clean and modern, definitely worth it, however the service is non existent. I am from the UK and booked this hotel for a transiting flight, on the hotel website I was able to book the exact times I required the room (hour by hour) and on trip.com It was the standard check-in 2pm and exit 12pm the next day which does not work. After booking I emailed the hotel twice with no response to date and it’s been 3 weeks. When arriving at the hotel I had to wait 5 hours before I could have access to my room and I only stayed until my flight departure time which was a total of 10 hours out of the 22 hours which the room was booked for. In this case, not value for money. The service needs to improve, either have an instant chat or respond to email in a timely manner. There is a premium number which I did not ring since it would have cost a fortune!"

"The resort has a swimming pool and a small beach. The hotel building is very exotic and suitable for taking pictures. Many Russian guests stay. Breakfast is not bad, afternoon tea, dinner is also self-service, but you can also order. The hotel is located on the other side of the Bahrain Museum. It covers a large area and is of a local level. It is worth visiting."

"Excellent room - modern and clean. Shower was excellent. Location is a little out of town but easy to take an Uber/taxi to get around."

"I enjoyed my stayed. Although I had problems with my hot water which wasn’t working and because of that instead of them fixing it, they moved me to a lesser room which was really upsetting. Even worse they gave my room to someone else when they told me I’ll be moved back to my room after a few hours once their team had finished fixing the water. I was very disappointed."

"Very nice hotel , its located in great location , you can see the bay throw your room , ots quiet and 5 star furnished rooms , the check in team are fast and helpfull , i thanks mr.ali , bahraini citizen who works in the hotel for his kindness ..
