"Every service staff is very nice, but it is really not recommended to live in the West Bank. The transportation here is very inconvenient. This homestay is in a desolate village. I was very scared on the way to the taxi. There was nothing around. I wanted to take a taxi to the port to take a boat, but no one took the order. I had to walk out. Many local villagers asked me along the way, but I didn't dare to talk to them. It was obviously different to take a boat to the East Bank. It was also very inconvenient to take a taxi back after the sun set at 5 o'clock. Many drivers were unwilling to cross the bridge and asked for a very high price. It is really not recommended to live in the West Bank. You need to go back very early, but in fact, the Nile River in Luxor is very lively at 11 o'clock at night"

"Yasser and his team are amazing!
The location is brilliant tucked out of way from the busy areas of West Bank but only a 10 min walk to all the shops and restaurants you could want and 15 mins from the ferry to east bank
Mohammad is very polite friendly and also will give you a lift on his motor like to places if you like!
The food I had here was better than alot of the places I ate in my 11 days in Egypt easily top 2
The room was spacious clean and well equipped and the roof top pool and bar were brilliant with a pool table and table tennis.
I was a solo traveler so Yasser and the team offered for me to join them for some food and pool if I wanted to which I enjoyed!
If recommend this place for everyone and anyone 10/10"

"This is really a hidden gem in Luxor! It’s on the quiet west bank and near to Valley of king, queen, nobles, artists! The Arabic style room, building and garden meet all my imagination about Tales from 1001 nights! The owner is such a kind lady. She will arrange cars and tours at very reasonable price! They also have the best food and coffee in Luxor! The menu changes every day!! All the staffs are also so kind and helpful! They will have new buildings by end of 2024. If I ever come back to Luxor, I will definitely stay here again and longer! My best memory in Egypt!"

"We love it so much. We get a free upgrade room with Jacuzzi. Really appreciate and thank you so much. The staff is very friendly upon check-in, if not mistaken called Yusoof. The room is comfortable and unique, with beautiful sunset view. Love it and definitely will be back again."

"Great stay, but missing a hairdryer
I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Hotel in Luxor. The location is convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.
The only small issue was that there was no hairdryer in the room, which was a bit unexpected. It would be great if this could be added or made easier to request.
Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!"
