"It was very clean and the surrounding area was not bad. (I think it's best not to walk around too much at night.) Some of the outlets in the room didn't work, but it was tolerable. There was a refrigerator in the room. They lent me a hairdryer if I asked. The breakfast was delicious. The road to the Taj Mahal seems safe. It's about a 10-minute walk."

We had a security check on arrival and were greeted with a warm welcome, including a refreshing drink. The hotel was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. There was always someone polishing and wiping the main lobby. Our room had everything we needed, including a nice garden terrace. There was always someone available to help. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that, but it looked inviting and the grounds were well kept and added to the ambience. Would highly recommend this hotel -it ticks all the boxes and more!"

Besides, this location is also strategic, about 6km from Taj Mahal and next door is a shopping mall. The cleanliness is excellent too. I highly recommended."

I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr .
I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ...
The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy..

"I couldn't find anything I was dissatisfied with. There were no problems with the shower water pressure, hot water temperature, drainage, or smell, which are of concern to Japanese people. The shower room also had a glass door, so the toilet floor didn't get soaked. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was very satisfying. The front desk staff are always smiling, and although the exchange rate isn't very good, they will exchange your money for Japanese yen."

"Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations!
I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price.
Highlights:
I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in.
The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away.
All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous.
The breakfast selection was excellent."

GGuest UserVery friendly family. We had a late late late check-in but they all were waiting for us until then. Highly recommend this homestay as everything was so clean and you feel like your own home. The breakfast was so tasty (especially the Aloo Paratha). The location is so good as it's only a 15 minute walk to Taj Mahal and located in a very calm neighborhood.

There was enough natural light coming into the room and they also had double curtains. The location was excellent since it was just about one kilometre away from the taj mahal entry gate and with a few hotels located nearby, there were ample auto rickshaws available at the gate always.

Breakfast we asked for packed sandwiches and service was prompt too. Good for a night stay. However Hotel floor and bathroom can be cleaner . Water heater works fine too although old
