My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Marriott due to the warmth vibes that the staff gave us. The room was spacious and everything in the room was okay especially the iron. The gym was nice but can be improved. The dinner buffet was okay but they can also offer more fruit options. The breakfast was really nice. Overall, Fairfield Marriott is a nice place to stay whenever you are in Agra.

This is just an island of civilization in a dirty city and an opportunity to relax. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed, cozy pool and really good service. Traveler's life hack: when trying to find a place to switch in countries like India, you can go to the lobby bar of a 4-5 star hotel. Here in the lobby bar everything was super, Indian white wine and masala tea 🙌

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

GGuest UserOn my arrival i was greeted with love and smiles, jay at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Very informative and very helpful. I had booked a private room, the room was spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the streets. The owner, rocky was more than accommodating and very informative. He made sure that i had a comfortable stay. Beautiful experience overall. Will visit again.

The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes. Overall impression: The hotel is an English-style building with a history of more than one hundred years. Before it can be seen, its owner should be a large local family. Nowadays, there are still many portraits of the owner’s photos as decorative paintings. The characters are dignified and well-dressed. It can be inferred that the person who can keep such clear photos in that era must be of extraordinary origin, probably a certain prince. The front desk service was very good. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Our family of three each gave a bunch of wreaths on our necks, and we also put a red dot on the eyebrows, which is said to be a sign of luck. Guest room impression: The rooms are very local in style. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm. GGuest UserLike so ***y places around the world post Covid and in India… the rooms are old and literally falling apart in some respects. It’s walking distance to Taj Mahal. When you arrive at the gate on the way don’t listen to anyone trying to make you transfer onto a tuktuk or camel or whatever. You can walk from there if the person ***ning the gate refuses to let your taxi in. Or call the hotel to tell them to let you in. The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice.

The Retreat hotel in Agra. They advertise the hotel as a luxury hotel, it is far from luxury. The keyfob itself was filthy with torn stick on labels. The room category was supposed to be a Deluxe room. It was not even up to a level of a Standard room. For a start the door lock was broken. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The furnishing such as the ottoman and the couch was torn, there was no other chair in the room despite having a desk. The kettle, dustbin, taps and wash up sanitary was filthy and rusted. The toilet had brown stains and was leaking on the floor at the back and also running continuously, the shower tap was dripping continuously. I had reported this to the front desk and requested that we be shifted to another room which request was refused. I was told that they will attend to the problems while we were out for the day. Upon arrival at the end of the day I was told to make use of a manual key as the locksmith did not come. The toilet was also not fixed. The carpets in the passageway was filthy. For breakfast which was included in the price, we had to ask for cereal which was kept under the counter away from the buffet tables. The only cereal they had was corn flakes. Not sure if this was some sort of bias against an Indian even though I am foreign residing Indian. To be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

GGuest UserA really nice mid-range hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant, which I confess to using throughout my stay in Agra. There is a wedding venue close by, which may disturb some people. It didn't bother me but the owners have a partner hotel nearby, if it's a problem.

GGuest UserI will start with the positives - the ***ager went out of his way to help us find a bus that we booked that travel agents in Agra said did not exist. The bus from Agra to Kath***du stops on the side of a motorway and was due at 12.30pm. He insisted on coming with us in a taxi he arranged and waited until the bus arrived 2 hours late. The hotel also has excellent Wi-Fi on each floor. The views from the roof terrace of the Taj Mahal are superb. On the downside the breakfast is just butter & jam toast, the rooms are in need of renovations and the cleaning could do with a wo***’s touch (in respect of showing men how to do it properly).
